Best of all, we guarantee to have the domestic water turned back on at the end of each day, and your residents never have to move out!
Services
SageWater's services address every aspect of your properties' piping systems, from turnkey pipe replacement and renewal to boiler conversions, submetering, and more. Piping complications and defective systems can plague even well-maintained and new multifamily and condominium buildings. Both polybutylene and certain yellow brass fitted systems are prone to premature failure, often leading to catastrophic leaks.
From plumbing and drywall craftsmen to project managers and administrative staff, we are constantly recruiting to ensure we employ the best resources for each position we have available. If you are interested in working at SageWater, please apply to one of the current job openings. No resume? No Problem!
Aging copper and galvanized piping systems can cause leak damage, low water pressure, discolored and off-tasting water in potable water supply systems, and may require pipe replacement. Common complaints with copper pipe and galvanized steel supply piping systems also include frequent pinhole leaks resulting from corrosion.
Certain PEX pipe systems used fittings made with high-zinc yellow brass. These fittings are subject to dezincification, which can cause disastrous leaks. Yellow brass first came on the market in the late 1990s, and though the full extent of the problem has yet to be determined, it is known to be an issue nationwide.
SageWater's proprietary One Call Repipe process delivers a complete pipe replacement program, from assessment to installation and refinishing. Our turnkey repiping service includes a site evaluation, estimating and budgeting, scheduling, and a resident communications package customized to meet the specific needs of any occupied multifamily or condominium pipe replacement project.

They just completed a very enormous and tedious pipe project at The Royal Iolani condominium and I cannot speak more highly of the incredible work they completed as well as the professionalism of their staff. With sincere thanks especially to Mr. Trey Hanson and the crew that worked in my condo !

SageWater was hired by my HOA for a repiping project. They were okay. The work was done with very cheap push/pull shut-off valves that are known for breaking, they also had to come back to match the paint on my ceiling and walls that was off, and the project was EXTREMELY expensive for what is was. I am paying my HOA triple the cost compared to 2 other bids I got for the same job. Unfortunately, that is my HOA's fault for not collecting multiple bids. But, for the cost I would expect top-notch workmanship and products. They were fairly quick to get things done in my home and the drywall patching

The project director on the Brooks Tower project in Denver, Larry Counts, is a disrespectful and poor excuse for a contractor. He has been caught out lying to and deceiving tenants and homeowners, showing absolutely no respect for people's place of residence and work, and issues unreasonable and/or illegitimate invoices for extra fees. A classic nickel-and-dimer with no values.

While most of the other SageWater workers have been pleasant and respectful, it's a shame the company has got someone like Larry as project director. There have been countless issues, delays and schedule changes

Our approx 150-unit condo association (on Maui) needed re-plumbing for the incoming water lines. Sagewater won the bid. These people are amazing! Project Mgr Keegan Sullivan walked through our condo a few days prior to work and explained everything they were going to be doing. Plumbing team leads Manuel and Alvaro showed up at 8:00 a.m. sharp on the start date and got their team right to work. They covered the floors to prevent damage, and plastic-wrapped all areas not to be touched, to stop dust getting on things. By 4:00 p.m. they had completed their work, vacuumed and removed all evidence

Keegan (Project Manager) and crew showed up on time as promised. Completed a complex plumbing retrofit in a few short hours. Areas to be undisturbed were plastic sheeted and taped. All patches to walls and ceilings were expertly repaired and paint matched to perfection. Even had a crew member clean after completion. True professionals.

Our entire condo building is undergoing plumbing pipe replacement. A very invasive, noisy, dusty, and sometimes very stressful situation. Patience and flexibility required at all times by everyone!
Overall, I was happy with the work done.....2 walls completely removed to get to the pipes then dry walled and painted, toilet replaced, shower ceilings removed ,then replaced, regrouting, etc, etc.
Many different workers came and went all day for 2+ weeks. All were very professional, knowledgeable about the specific job they were doing and answered questions .
I was happy to see that Sagewater provides

Sagewater recently re-piped my apartment and I want to compliment Keegan Sullivan and his crews on doing such a great job. Keegan and each member of his crews have been professional and polite through every step of the process. All my concerns and questions were addressed promptly and in a professional manner, especially when I was apprehensive about having “strangers” in my home with my animals. Care and concern was expressed especially since the work was being done shortly after Covid-19 lockdown was lifted. The crew members were all very respectful to me, my pets and my living space. The

Sagewater is doing a plumbing renovation to each unit in our multiple story apartment building. The process took almost 2 weeks to complete just for my unit. But... the guys who came in each day to do their part of the work that needed to be done were efficient and professional and very thorough. On the day my dog and I had to vacate my apartment the whole day in order for them to complete the asbestos treatment process, Tracey in particular allowed me to text him to get the clearance that it was safe to return home. Tracey was friendly and personable in his quick visits each day. He came in to

Sage water is current working on a project in a Grosvenor high rise. Which in this case seems to be way behind their schedule. They originally said in Mid December it "should only take about a week, and that they would only have to open the convectors". That was about 12 weeks ago, now that they finally finished. It took much longer than about a week and they made three holes in the celling. Two of which took them over 2 months to get around to closing. None of the three were done very well.
Every conversation with any of the project managers has be an excise in futility. The story and

Sagewater did the plumbing retrofit for Ala Wai Plaza in 2018 and 2019. While it was incredibly inconvenient to go through four weeks of no water during business hours and the noise and dust that is an inevitable byproduct of this type of job, Trey and Tracy did an incredible job in communicating early and often to residents and showed remarkable poise and patience in answering questions and concerns well before any work started.

They were also very empathetic to residents during the work and went out of their way to accommodate concerns and satisfy requests, from providing additional plastic

Sage Water is doing a repiping project at Brooks Tower. This is a complete nightmare. They will trash your unit with careless demo ruining and chipping new tile, vanities, doors, bathtubs, carpet. Every homeowner had to pay and have been paying for a special assessment between $50,000 to $60,000 depending on the unit. You will have to remodel your unit after their lousy job. Perhaps they know how to do pipes, but the restoration of the bathrooms in the units leave much to be desired. The tile work looks like an amateur job, not a professional installation. Don't think if you paid 60K you are

This company was selected by the condo association, probably because of the cheapest bid. They determined the schedule for replacing heating risers, without any regard to our personal convenience. They used a subcontractor for demo. The workers broke a door mirror and acted as if they did not understand what they had done. They destroyed the original tile wall in the bathroom, without replacing it. They expected me to accommodate their schedule, with no regard to the hardship it would cause me. In short, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Thanks to SageWater for making a complicated and invasive project as smooth as possible. They just finished up a 2 year long project in my building to replace every inch of our water pipes. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of SageWater's crews. Entire walls in my apartment were demolished and rebuilt, so my living area was a major construction site. SageWater protected my apartment from dust with plastic sheeting, and at the end of each day they cleaned up so completely it was as if they were never there. Had the pleasure of working with SageWater this year during a plumbing retrofit. This company did an amazing job in our unit so we were really satisfied with the end product. However, I must say that I was personally impressed with the Project Managers and their crew. These guys were extremely friendly, accommodating, professional and courteous to home owners. They were super helpful and approachable, actively listened to concerns, and acted fast to find solutions when issues arise. I would give zero stars if I could. Sagewater did not secure our apartment when they had their asbestos removal contractor come in, and a child’s drawing showed up on our bathroom floor- no wrinkles or anything. When I brought my concerns to the site manager, he literally laughed and said that couldn’t have happened and it probably tracked in on someone’s shoe. The drawing was not wrinkled or with shoe marks at all, it looked like a kid was sitting on our bathroom floor and coloring when our apartment was supposed to be secure.
Not only that, but Sagewater broke our sink- cracked it from

Continue to have problems with the work they did on our capital project. I haven't had cold water in over s year. Often times scalding. They say it's because of old diverter cartridge but even after replacement the issue persists. Stay far away if you can!

After costing residents thousands of dollars more tutting to figure out why there was only scalding hot water( 110-120) degrees in the showers, bathroom vanity and washing machine they finally checked discovered sageWater installed a part backwards which controlled the cold water

Good Morning,

I was very conflicted when deciding if I should write a review or not. I have spent so much of my time cleaning up after Sage Water. I typically try to spend my energies on positive things as opposed to negative things, but I believe the public deserves to be warned.

They were recently hired to do some work in my condo building. I strongly suggest, if you are looking to higher an organization to do work in your building, please look elsewhere.

I work in service so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this whole project was terrible. It's been months and I

My condominium just recently hired them to upgrade the plumbing/pipes throughout the entire complex and though I can not comment on the actual work of the plumbing in my walls, I can comment on the complete mess they left in my house after they were supposedly done with my place completely.

I am thoroughly disappointed, they made quite a mess cutting into my walls which is indicitive of their work but they did not vacumm or wash the floors after the job was complete. There are dusty boot prints on my platform bed, dust all over my walls and they let the popcorn ceiling stuff they use fall on my
