Friendly but poor communication overall. I specifically requested a face tattoo and was clear about it over the phone. That artist said that it would be no problem and then when I showed up several hours later for the appointment he said that he would be unable to perform my request.
I have no issue with any tattoo parlor or individual artist policy but it is pretty disappointing and a huge waste of time when they say one thing and then communicate another thing several hours later.

I just went and saw Amanda and I can’t wait to go back to get more work done by her! The shop is clean, they have good COVID protocols in place (temperature check, forms, hand sanitizer, etc), we kept 6ft apart when able, and everything was sanitized before it was my turn to get tattooed. Amanda was warm and professional and as someone who has been tattooed before, you should come here if you are a newb for a great experience!

Clean shop with great people. Our artists Matt Klass is the guy we were looking for. Stopped at a couple other shops. And none treated us like Matt did. His work his demeanor. His professionalism all 5 stars. His work and his cleanliness. Were 6 out of 5 stars.
Would I recommend this guy. Yep!
