He specializes in tattooing whatever customers want and is well known for being extremely versatile in any type of tattooing but his personal preferred style is American Traditional.

Jeff started tattooing professionally in 1991 in Santa Barbara, California. He prefers to tattoo in an illustrative style based in Classic American Traditional. With that being said, there are a lot of styles of art and tattooing that he is interested in and is able to tattoo. The best way to find out if the tattoo you want to get is something he would be interested in doing is to contact him or set up a consultation.
Paul Dobleman is a Bay Area tattoo artist. He was born in the city of San Francisco, where much of his influence could be traced back to his early family life. His father is a talented motorcycle painter and airbrush artist which inspired his passion for the arts from a very young age. While his mother, a fortune teller and flamenco dancer, provoked thoughts and imagery of gypsies and mysterious women.
I started tattooing in 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. That's where I cut my teeth as a tattooer. I moved back to the Bay Area in 2017 where I'm originally from to get a taste of the rich tattoo history/culture and grow as an artist. I primarily do traditional work but dabble in other subjects such as opium den imagery, cholas, hackers and the unknown.

Fernando tattooed me and it turned out terrible. It's so blurry, and when I called to say I wasn't happy with it, I was told "bluriness is normal for a little while". Well it's been 3 months. Also Fernando was so rude during the process, made me feel rushed, and hardly talked once we had started tattooing. He literally said "Are you serious?? No one does that" when I asked him if we could try on 3 different stencils to adjust the shape and size on before tattooing (this was a tiny, ~3 inch, 4-word phrase on a flat surface of my body). I kept asking for it to be smaller since the first two stencils

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, Value
My friends and I went in for walks in while visiting from Seattle. Brandon and Nick were guest artists that day doing walk ins and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Pricing was great and the set up/clean up process and the time spent tattooing was so quick!! definitely recommend!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality
Got a tattoo from Fernando. It’s bruised so badly that now after 5 weeks it’s still bruised up bad. It looks like big blue blob now. Tattooist not friendly at all and didn’t even come talk to me for about and hour after being there. I didn’t know if he knew I was there. Very unfriendly. Won’t ever go back or recommend.
