I was contacted by Melissa during my apartment hunt. She was very helpful and informative the entire time we where in contract. Definitely recommend her if your looking for a new place in this complex. She has also been very helpful during my move and after I was already settled in.
For the apartment I really love it. It checked most of my check list off. The only negative so far of the apartment is the garage is only big enough for one car so you need to get a spear space but honestly we didn't go get one because the street parking so so closed to us I didn't see the point in paying for another

I applied for an apartment at Sand Canyon Ranch back in June 2021. I was approved and got my keys in August. The pros of my experience was that I was assisted by leasing agent Melissa. She was very helpful, always answered her phone and timely. The cons was that it took the management team over a month to make a decision to determine if I was going to get approved or not. The community looks very nice and my apartment is worth the price.

Melissa and Sandra were both very helpful during the process of getting into my apartment. Melissa was my main point of contact and was always there to answer my calls and emails whenever I needed anything, and if I ever called on her day off, Sandra was able to pick up right where I left off with Melissa. They are a great team and I'm so happy they were there for me during this process.

My Coworker and I met with Melissa Cruz 2 weeks ago. We are moving in next month! Sand Canyon Ranch is a very clean and nicely kept property. Melissa took her time to answer all our questions, was very professional and very welcoming. We knew after meeting with her that we wanted to call this our new home. The Application process was easy peasy -all done electronically. When we had an issue with one of our references, Melissa quickly came up with a resolution and we were approved!
