Our move went very smoothly and working with Emily to make sure all our issues (really none) were addressed was quick. Now that we’re moved in we have met really nice neighbors and their children. There are quite a few children under 10, but I understand living near one of the tot lots, but by 10:30p our area and for the most part the whole community has settled in for the night and it’s real peaceful. I understand that the it is really windy here but the blowing debris could be picked up by a daily person who walks around to do that. Otherwise, solid building, very quiet and I do not hear

TO START PARKING IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS, YOU HAVE TO PARK 2 MILES AWAY OR UP THE HILL. THEY HAVE RESERVED SPACE BUT FOR ONLY ONE CAR, TENANTS HAVE 5+ CARS PLUS A GARAGE WITH MORE CARS, THEY TAKE UP ALL NON RESERVED PARKING FOR THEMSLEVES. MAINTENANCE IS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH, HAVE TO FORCE THEM TO DO THIER OWN JOB. I WOULD NOT RECOMMOND LIVING HERE.

Awful experiences.
Office never reply to the phone.
Parking no where to be found while living here. Got towed in front of my apartment because no one want to park 10minutes after a late night work! (Tow guy said it’s ok to park they bcus no red line, but the apartment said there’s one). Also got the parking tag from the apartment complex on my car.
The apartment not seems to care. Always said nothing we can do. Of courseif you’re lived here you should get used to it.
Maintenance took a decade to comes to fix stuffs. And when apply work order online they never look at it. What’s the

After living here for a year, this is a very awful place to live. There is absolutely 0 parking. My car has been towed 4 times in less than a month. My apartment is full of rats. This is pretty bad and has been reported to corporate I have insisted the office people to come and fix it, but they keep ignoring you. When you go to their office they never open even though they are inside hiding. Just to fix a hole in my kitchen it took them 3 months. Also, there is a lot of vandalism with the cars. I would definitely not recommend this place to live especially if you have family.

Not a good place you would want to live in if you have more than one car, come home past 5, and like peace and quiet. With that being said parking is terrible and if you want to have guest over, good luck with that. I would recommend driving in late in the evening and seeing it for yourself.
They have gardeners that come in around 4x a week so you hear them working. Not great for people that want to sleep in or have young children that take naps throughout the day. Some days you hear an ice cream truck with an annoying ring to let you know they are there.
Besides that its okay I guess, some locations

DO NOT LIVE HERE* When signing the lease they promised 1 guaranteed Parking spot. WE ONLY HAVE 1 CAR IN A 3 BEDROOM AND WE NEVER HAVE PARKING. I literally have to take a lyft to and from my car every morning and every night due to the lack of parking. All calls to management have been unanswered. They will give you an 80 dollar ticket if you park anywhere else. When I get home from work the only parking available is 1 mile away.

Where do I start. Do not expect to have parking ever. Some have to park a mile or two away from the apartments. Also expect for your car to be unreasonably towed.
Management do not care if the apartment is clean. Glass bottles and garbage left all over the ground for days. Questionable people live here selling drugs. Recently there was a shooting near the apartment RIGHT next to us.
If you need something fixed, don't expect for them to ever come at a timely fashion, actually expect them to make excuses to NOT come. They constantly go up on the rent mid lease.
The management is down right rude
