The complex is decently maintained. The most major issue is parking. It used to be good several years ago when there was UNASSIGNED parking and residents and visitors could park anywhere. But then they brought assigned parking which is a pain for residents that have more than 1 car and for all visitors. They need to park outside of the complex and that has its own problems. Sometimes "reserved" parking spots go unused for weeks or some residents use it to store their car that has no use (with spider webs forming). I have heard most residents complain about parking and it has really affected everyone
