The Terrace Apartments

After much delay finally they were able to fix our bedroom and everything looks as good as new. I was assured that all repairs will be done now. Hopefully we can now live without anymore bumps in the road. Thank you to everyone in the office for the much needed repairs.

I had a request from about 6 months ago that kept getting checked off as "completed" don't know what kept happening. Because the repairs were not urgent I kept being patient. Fast word, Alex followed up with me after noticing that my there was an issue with my work request. He sent a maintenance worker the next day. Facundo who was great! They both were efficient and thorough. Alex is responsive and Facundo was able to complete the repairs and even cleaned up after himself (not all do it).
Very pleased with this two!

Joel flew up to our family apartment in no time. Instantly made copies of our last home key and was done before we knew it. Fast and friendly.

This place looks nice when you first move in and office staff is friendly! Once you're a resident nobody answers the office phone and the maintenance requests don't get completed. We had mold in our apartment for over 3 months and because of gross neighbors started to get roaches. The maintenance staff even said our dog broke our screen and we don't have a dog! At the end of our lease we cleaned up everything and the office still billed us for outrageous charges for things that they'd have to replace/fix regardless for the next resident. I have been living here for the past year. All I can Say it's ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT LIVE HERE.
There are always SO MANY Issues. My garage hasn't worked in the past 4 months. CONSTANT ant issues! No matter how clean you may be! They show from the ceiling, the bathtubs, the outlets! EVERYWHERE!
The management is absolutely horrible! Mold was in my bathroom all they did was PAINT! over it.
Mold where my laundry unit is! No HELP!
The AC is HORRIBLE! Even the guy who came to clean my ac unit stated that the whole ac unit was done improperly. I have to bring it all the way down

Please do yourself a favor and stay away. I lived in many different apartment complexes in different states and I’ve never had such a bad experience. This management company is horrible. Whenever something breaks ( which happens way too often) it takes them forever to fix it. I didn’t have hot water and AC for weeks

After sending over 100 email and respond .. we finally got the approve by the health department to put charges against Corp, my apt been having moles for the past year and we been telling management, the worse is that we pay rent ahead of time and they deducted the a ought right away before the 1st of the months, sheeesh are their not making enough money, another problem my kitchen sinks smells like sewer and we are getting charge for sewer, another problem this building just got involve in a big law sue.. see you guys in court .. Don't live here. Don't come. Management handles everything poorly, do not care and have very bad judgement. residents can be loud, maintenance take their sweet time with everything, doesn't matter if is an emergency or not. You're better off repairing things your self. Wouldn't live here again even if I am being paid to. Utterly bad place to be.

They Mickey Mouse a lot when fixing stuff. You can tell the maintenance men do the bare minimum to get paid. One time one came to fix my washer, he ended up knocking offthe screen door from the sliding door and just left it on the floor. And the pools?! If you don’t live by the office don’t count on your pool being cleaned! It’s ridiculous how bad they let the pools get. It’s summer time! We deserve clean pools!!!!

The buildings near the front office are very well kept. Also the views from this side of the property towards the valley is also very beautiful.

I was fortunate enough to have a good experience at this location. Got the back corner unit by a nice grassy area with ton of convenient shaded parking. Coming from the LA area it was a blessing. Ha! Always quiet and never really saw anybody lurking which was a plus! Honestly, I miss it!

If I can rate 0 I would !! I am a current resident and have been living here for almost 3 years now. We have never had a problem until this month! The beginning of September We have been catching rodents that came from with in! Our apartment. Every week we catch at less 2-3 mice. It is not safe for our little ones to be in this apartment with this rodents problem. I have spoken with everyone in the office thru out the month so they can fix this problem and nothing has been done. They had an exterminator come out twice

I tried to call the whole morning that the stove smell a little bit of gas but awnser.

Love it here! We have an amazing view, big space for a reasonable price, high ceilings, 2 car garage, maintenance crew takes care of any issues, and Jessalynn is the best!!

I've lived here for 9 years. It's beautiful. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The office staff keeps very busy but they're always pleasant to work with.

Horrible management. While living at the complex, whenever my Father had questions or concerns, they would always tell him they weren't allowed to speak Spanish to them. Even when it came to basic questions. Discriminating and humiliating at its finest.
I went to drop something off and realised a new tenant standing right outside their leasing office. It seemed as if he had been standing there for quite some time, knocking, waiting for an answer. I've been residing here for almost 2 yrs.
The natural light in my entire space definitely feels like home to me & my family.
We love the atmosphere, being so close to beautiful nature when I open my curtains. Enjoying the warm sun on a chilly morning. Its wonderful to say the least.
Lastly the staff has been truly helpful & always make sure my questions or concerns are answered. Even when faced with some challenges; they were understandsting. Which I deeply appreciate.

My husband and I moved in 1 1/2 years ago. The 1st year was okay, but for months we have had problem after problem, the most recent being our A/C thermostat. It was replaced which seemed to help a lot, then a month later we received a notice stating that all of the thermostats were being replaced w/new NEST ECO friendly, energy saving thermostats. Since the NEST replacement, our A/C will no longer cool, resulting in it constantly running. In a matter of days, we have used more electricity than we ever have and our electricity bill has skyrocketed. We complained and were told someone would be by

I have lived here almost four years and have been overall happy with this place. I do happen to live in a quieter part of the complex, so my experience may differ from the main part of the apartment buildings. Neighbors are overall quiet and respectful. Management and maintenance has been pretty on top of requests, much better than anywhere else I have lived (and those were not dumps, many were "higher end" places in the Valley.)I like that it is diverse here and I'm glad we have the mini parks to visit with the kids and dog.

Lived in these apartment for 5 years and boy oh boy could I tell you some stories. I won't tell you about the drug addicts or 2-3am drunk parties my neighbors had on a Tuesday night, or how the office staff did NOTHING after months of complaining. I will tell you about living with mold and a giant whole in my living room ceiling for weeks, and being told to "put a bucket underneath it and empty it until they can come" (I'm on the top floor). Management, Jessalyn & Lori are always helpful. Maintenance request are taken care of timely considering the size of the community. Having a number of pool to choose from is definitely helpful during the summer. The community itself is pretty nice, kids play around the neighborhood which is nice to see now a days. We have been here for a year and honestly love the space and love the view from our unit. We are taking one star off unfortunately due to some neighbors noise (honking, fighting, yelling) constantly on the other streets and/or building.

Never would I recommend this complex to anyone. Landlord and owners are slumlords, completely untrustworthy and irresponsible.
My list goes on and on, from the disgusting gym they refuse to clean or repair the machines that so not work, the ridiculous amount of pitbull dogs in the complex and sometimes off leash, all the way to the jolly neighbors who would scream at each other OUTSIDE at any hour of the day and even lead to shots being fired and children fleeing the scene to Grandma's car. Being two young women there we absolutely did not feel safe at any time of the day.

Omg I hate living here!! The management is absolutely unqualified to run an apartment complex. The buildings are outdated and poorly built. Many of our neighbors litter and let their children run around unattended. The parking is IMPOSSIBLE!! I have never received so many parking tickets! We have constant flooding from heavy rains and the poor foundation is never addressed. This place is horrible! Turn back now!!
