I had an appointment for 4:30 p.m. on 10/14/2i viewed the one bedroom apartment. I Loved it it very clean and very airy. The assistant manager was friendly and helpful
I locked my keys in my car she stayed there with me until I got my keys. I felt like I knew her forever. She is genuine and very caring. Nantucket Harbor she is a great asset to the company .I pray that i will become apart of the Nantucket Harbor community all because of the experience of the assistant manager .

My husband and I enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly and always there if we need help. I have never had a problem with any maintenance concerns. They have always been addressed very promptly. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. I love the view from my balcony and enjoy feeding the ducks and turtles. It really is a very nice place to live.

Me and my wife have lived here for 2 years now. All races of people live here. We have have neighbors help us move, we have fed the ducks at the pond with neighbors, met great people at dog park here, and of course everyone having fun at the pool. We all watch out for each other. No burglaries, or vehicle break ins. Very safe, very affordable, nice manager, and maintenance people come even on the weekend. Me and my wife love it here, and our grandkids and family love coming to visit.

A great and affordable place to live for anyone looking to live near the Cross Lake area. All units come furnished with a washer and dryer. It's in a great location just off of I-220 which makes it easy and fast to get anywhere you need. Brooksie in the office is amazing and very helpful. I recommend to anyone.

Don't move in here! They don't fix the property. You only get 1 parking spot. Your only aloud 2 friends over at anytime. When my lease was complete they told me I need to give a 60 day notice so I had to pay for the 60 days extra. And they didnt give me back my deposit. It's been over 30 days since I moved out. NO DEPOSIT. I cleaned the place very good too I took pictures. Do yourself a favor and don't go to nantucket harbor apts!

When I first moved in everything was great. However maintenance is horrible, they cancel request, do not fix the issue at hand. Spiderwebs are all around my front door and breezeway and coming up my steps. My roof has been leaking and looks like there is mold there, huge water spots on my ceiling that look a mess. From my understanding someone was supposed to come fix it and still NOTHING. My next step is to call whoever owns this property and see if there is anything they can do. I do not complain but I’m seriously fed up with this place. My electric is always $300 plus. I can not wait until

The Staff here are truly Angels. I travel in the medical field and move often. This is the best management team I have come across yet. Professional yet personable, knowledgeable and always gracious. The apt I moved into had new carpet, great size and the location is perfect So close to Cross lake and the amenities offered at this community are on point with much more expensive locations.
