Maria Estela De Orduna is a native of Mexico, licensed as an attorney in Mexico (1997) and in California (2006) which allows her to practice on both sides of the border. Her practice is focused on family law with an emphasis in international family law matters, which include international custody cases and a division of property in cross-border matters.
International family law describes the laws that apply to family law matters that include an international element. That element may be that a spouse, a partner, a spouse-to-be, or a child residing in another country. Or it may be that their assets or real estate property are in another country. Sometimes it can include a party that wishes to relocate to another country.
