So far the best apartment complex i have seen in Daytona area.Ground very clean, buildings well maintained, best office personnel with best costumer service. Naquia the boss lady ,very professional and kind and very helpful. Tiffany was very nice and professional as well. Very pleased to part of Anatole family. Thank you

Put in a work order in 4 and half weeks ago about a.c unit .. still had not been fixed. Been sleeping in a 80 degree apartment for over a month now. Have had multiple issues with a.c in the past .. this is the 4th time it has happened. I think they gave up trying to fix it lol. Management has not made this a priority .. same with district manager. Just waiting for my lease to end at this point.

If I had not purchased a home I would probably live here forever! The staff is the friendliest I've ever met. Even when faced with adversity they are level headed and reasonable. Not once did they make me feel like the problem was too big or small when I needed maintenance done in my unit. They respond and help resolve in a timely manner. The property is well kept and gives a welcoming, peaceful and serene atmosphere that relaxes you after a long day at work. I will definitely refer friends and family when they are in search of a new place!!!

I have lived here for over 2 years and the now management has done an exceptional job turning this place around. The communication among staff and maintenance is amazing. Most of my maintenance requests are done the same day or the next. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. And very pet friendly! Love it here

The place is wonderful the people make you feel welcome which i loved personally. Tiffany is the one who assisted me a my girlfriend she explained everything about the apartment to us . As well making our home tour a time to remember, she did a very wonderful job all around . She also make sure all questions an worries get answered, an is very respectful. James also help us an is a wonderful part of the staff an help us with our application when we need help he is also a great worker very respectful an outstanding person.

I have lived at Anatole for nearly four years and have found it to be a warm and peaceful place to live. My neighbors have all been very pleasant people. In fact, I have made several new friends while living here. The complex offers many amenities such as in unit washer and dryer, a well equipped exercise room, two pools and two gas grills. Our present Business Manager, Naquia, is bringing the complex together as a community by initiating such things as a monthly community newsletter and drawings for giveaways. I highly recommend Anatole Apartment Homes as a great place to live in Daytona Beach

Have lived here for 6yrs. Have experienced changes with leasing company. Present owners improved experiences. Office staff and maintenance respond fast with requests. Any any other problems addressed with follow up. Clean, peaceful no problems with crime. Pool and exercise room kept clean and easily available. Very happy living here. Recommend
