I have been to this business many times. The owner George is very professional while conducting business and so very respectful. From oil changes to replacing parts to fixing parts we never have any issues.. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely be coming back for years to come.. I received a quote in Kirkland for $2200 for several different items needing to be fixed (tie rods, brakes, wheels, alignment, brake light switch, two tires and more) I left Hi Performance after paying $1200. Been going to them for a few years but I had moved up north. $1000 saved is worth the trip south to Kent!!

George & Dave have always done excellent work on our vehicles. I was directed to their shop over two years ago and frankly, I am pretty particular about who works on our cars. We don't own the newest cars but they are reliable and we work hard to keep them in shape. If we ever have an issue we take them to Hi Performance and they always do excellent work! They do what they say, at reasonable prices and back it up if there is ever an issue. I highly recommend them!

Wow wow.. I was a bit skeptical bringing my car to Hi Performance because I didn't know anything about them until my brother recommended them. I'm the type I do all the service myself to avoid dealing with repair shops....but found an honest, fast moving service shop that I'm now considering my main spot to bring my vehicles to. Other shops quoted me way more than what I paid here. Also George was great in the front desk and very helpful. Save your wallet and the BS from the other shops and take it to these guys

Unfortunately you cannot take the staff at their word here. They'll tell you what you want to hear and not hold up their end . I have no type of intentions of ever going back or referring anyone for their services!!!

Super friendly and they care about their customers and want you and your car to be safe. Also price wise they are great I needed work done on my car but just wanted a quote first and the price was about half the price of my other quotes. George the owner was super nice. Great business to support. COVID-19 safe as well.

Got me in and out fast and hospitality was great. I'll be back! Tiffany has a great vibe she's doing a great job running the show. I got a oil change for a better price than all these other chain locations.

Just got back from Hi Performance for the first time. I'll try to keep it short. Robert is the man, super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The mechanics extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and fast. Prices were outstanding. The whole experience was a 5 star. I even found out that there are other issues with my vehicle that can be fixed here. Will be returning in the next couple of weeks to have other issues fixed. DO NOT go to a dealership if you don't have to, get your butt here! You won't regret it!!
