I suggest you get EVERY word in writing.
I was told if we didn't go to court it would cost a certain amount. We didn't go to court but it cost me three (3) times the amount he said. I had to pay of course and was told if I said anything bad about him he would sue me for slander.
I'm only stated what happened, NO SLANDER.
