Sky Sammamish is a Health and Safety Hazard. Management has Failed to act on every issue concerning the building. Residents are seeking intervention from King County Authorities.
1.There are large cracks in the foundation of the building that leak water.
2. The Mailroom is constantly flooded and the lights don't work.
3. Garbage areas are overwhelmed with trash and not removed - Not safe.
4. The building is filthy and disgusting - It is rarely cleaned or maintained.
5. They have ZERO MAINTENANCE STAFF for common maintenance or work orders.
6. They ignore work orders.

We have absolutely love living at Sky. The apartments are modern, spacious and very quiet . We never hear our
neighbours. The sport court and Sky lounge are amazing and kept clean and orderly along with the fitness center. All floors in the building including the elevators and stairs are cleaned out and sanitized daily.
The overall best part about Sky is the friendly staff
Kyle and Evan. It’s always an absolute pleasure to deal with whenever we need to call or have anything done in respect of the property. Thank you thank you Kyle and Evan.

I'm giving this place 4 out of 5 stars for the moment as I have not move in yet from out of state. But I can only say that Kyle Notturno and Evan Harder have been on top of their game. Kyle has been professional and seamless in helping me with the entire application and approval process via email and phone calls. He's made it a big effort in helping me get all my many questions answered promptly which is quite rare for most apartments. I've come across apartments where they completely 'forget' to answer your email or follow up with a call. Or downright just ghosting you. But Kyle is quite the opposite

Management is horrible. The management doesn't even know the basics of customer service and they don't care about resolving customer issues.
Firstly I was shown a completely different apartment and upon my arrival, I was offered a different apartment.
Just highlighting a few issues here to people who are looking to rent.
1. Roof leaks. It is a brand new apartment and there is water leaking from the roof already. I had to stay out for a couple of days because of this chaos and the management had no clue until I informed to them next day. There is no connection with maintenance and management

Our lease recently ended at Sky Sammamish. To our surprise, we are being billed for a new carpet due to "unacceptable" wear and tear. We do have two dogs and we paid all appropriate dues and fees/deposits for having two dogs. The wear and tear that we had is more than what they would "accept" - I guess this is where this becomes a semantics issue. Please be AWARE of the deceptive tactics and explanations/justifications used by this management to fleece you of your deposit. Their solution is to give you "your deposit back" and bill you for the whole carpet - how wonderful. They will definitely tell

From first glance on the website, my family and I fell in love. The complex is newer, excellent location and exactly what we were looking for. We were so excited to tour in person and potentially fill out applications if all went well... well that’s what we were hoping. We had arrived for our tour and did a self guided so we could spend time looking around and seeing if we could see our family living here and if it was a good safe place for our new baby. We went to tour a 1bd 1bth and were surprised at how poor it was presented. They did not clean anything up, there was dirt& cat/dog hair all

I recently moved to Sky Apartments and so far the experience has been wonderful my wife and I love this place. The apartment is beautiful, the location is great and view is lovely. Evans and Kyle did a great job virtually showing me various floor plans and explaining pricing and amenities. Both of them were extremely friendly and helpful which played a big part in my decision to live at Sky. Moving from out of state, Evan, made sure I had all the tools for a successful move. He would regularly call me to make sure I had everything needed for a smooth move. Kyle even helped me move my 3 seater sofa

Sky Sammamish is wonderful place to live in. All the amenities are what I wished for starting from a courtyard, bikes to ride, lounge on the top floor with beautiful views of the mountains, gym and many more. It is walking distance to many of the grocery and retail stores like Metropolitan market, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, Nails, T-Mobile, Sammamish Medical Center.

Our family has really enjoyed our stay here at Sky Apartments. The apartments are very modern and stylish. My kids love the sport court which has a great seating area with a fire pit and a beautiful view of the mountains. It's also really nice to have the workout room downstairs when I don't have time to get to the YMCA which is only just a short walk though the nearby park.
