Services
Bereavement is referred to as the time of grief following the death of a loved one. Grief is the normal and natural response to loss of any kind. It is also normal and natural to review a relationship that has ended because of death. Our bereavement team is trained and qualified to provide life changing support during bereavement for a minimum of thirteen months and longer if needing or desired.

When I needed a hospice care for my Dad this year, I had no doubt that FCH is the best one for us - 100% reliable, professional and compassionate.
It was the second time I hired this agency. The first one was 3 years ago when my mom passed away, and this year it was for my Dad. Both times the stuff was super committed and went out of the way many times to make sure that my parents are taken care of the best way possible. There’s not one thing that could be done better. My dad passed away at home and I don’t know what I would do without FCHC by my side. It was tough, but on the other hand exactly

My family and I are so grateful for the excellent and personal care that Irina and her staff brought to my grandfather in his final weeks of life. I am tearing up just thinking about how kind, compassionate and generous with her time Irina was with my non-English speaking grandparents to ensure that all their needs were met at home and when that was no longer possible assist in finding proper solutions. My deepest gratitude to First Choice Healthcare for the wonderful compassion and care they provided for a close family friend. Their professionalism, expertise in pain management and nursing care, the entire team's exceptional compassionate care and the true advocacy work they did for the patient and family at the nursing home put them many notches above. First Choice Healthcare was able to notify us in a timely manner of the patient's impending death and the family was able to spend precious time with their matriarch and be with her at the end. My 96 yo father, who was living independently at home with my mother, suffered several TIAs ( transient ischemic attacks) over a short period of time which left him physically compromised. His doctor at MGH placed him on hospice and referred us to First Choice Healthcare because they accommodate with different languages.
Irina the director came , assessed the needs and then provided Olga the RN to attend to his nursing needs and Eugenia Nursing Assistant to tend to his bedside care.
I cannot say enough of how very respectful, professional, compassionate, caring, and attentive all three were

First Choice Healthcare deserves the highest possible rating. This company is a true gem, thanks to its staff - an extraordinary group of dedicated and highly professional people. They made a huge difference in how we experienced the last months of my mom’s life.
