Welcome to H&R, an independent car collision repair facility that services all makes and models of cars, trucks, and SUV's. The owner works full-time at the shop, maintaining supervision over each individual repair. There are no "corporate headquarters" and your repair is given a personal touch. Our experience has been that we have more success with negotiating full factory recommended repairs with insurers if they are not able to limit costs and procedures because of a contract with them to do so.

The owner works full-time at the shop and there are no "corporate headquarters". The owner maintains supervision over each individual repair. The owner is a Leander High School graduate. We feel that the shop's growth is a byproduct of this thriving community. We started here-we're homegrown. H&R feels that customers are deserving of high-quality repairs, restoring their vehicle to pre-accident condition.
I really appreciate you taking good care of not only my vehicles but those of my other family members as well. Having a vehicle involved in an accident is never a fun situation but at least we know that if that happens we have a great body shop to take them to and the knowledge that they will be returned to us in as new condition.
Q. Do I have to take my vehicle to an insurance company drive-in claims facility for an estimate? A. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims centers before having your car repaired. You can do this or you may leave your car at the shop of your choice and have the insurance company inspect the car there.
Insurers may recommend some auto body shops, but CANNOT REQUIRE you to use a specific repair facility or to select form a list of their "preferred" shops. This illegal practice is called "steering". If you are the claimant, (you were not at fault), you are entitled to a rental car during the time your car is being repaired.

Did a great job on repairs, did almost all of the legwork with the insurance company, repairs took a bit longer than expected, but there were severe parts supply issues, outside of their control.
So far, been about as great an experience as one can have being at a body shop, all the staff is friendly and competent, seems very well-run overall.
Hope I never need them again, but, if I do, I'm coming back here.

What A Great Experience! I did not know anything about H&R except that they are located in Leander where I live. From the day before when I met Jacob one of their represenatives and explained what work I needed we agreed to me bringing my car back today. I did and they provided an excellent and timely service. I was so pleased that I will be returning for them to do paint and body work on my 87 Porsche that I am restoring.

Look, I’m a car guy, I’m the guy that MY personal and professional network calls to ask “Where do I take my car to get... repaired, fixed, serviced...etc.” I’ve often been asked, where do I take my car for Paint & Body work in the North Austin, Round Rock or Cedar Park area and I’ve not had a solid answer to that question, until now and that is H&R Autobody.
When my brand new 2018 ZL1 Camaro with 2k miles had a freak accident and the fender, rocker panel and door are all damaged I had to find a trusted operation that focused on quality repair.

Did an awesome job as always. Upfront in time line of work and updated regularly on progress or if issues had come about during repairs. Can’t complain about anything they do. If there is something wrong they will work hard to repair, replace, or find an alternative to remedy issue. Plus they have a great warranty for the work/repairs they perform. Highly recommend this shop. Not affiliated with any insurance company, so they do not bend towards the insurance world. Plus they have great customer service!

Awesome - I'd recommend to anybody.
I purchased a hood for my Challenger from these guys, they painted and mounted it for a reasonable price. I was thoroughly impressed with their Paint guy, he spent a lot of time making sure that the color matched exactly when he could have just hit the "easy button" and painted it the factory color. I've never been so impressed by a bodyshop before and any work I need in the future - I'll call these guys first.
