I've enjoyed living here. The office staff is nice and helpful. Grammercy has gone through many turnovers during my time living here but the current staff is very nice. This is great place to live if you have dogs or cats. The current maintenance staff is very quick to repair things. If I had any complaints it would be the recycling center was always hard to use.

The maintenance staff here is great! They respond to requests very quickly and are super friendly. I’ve lived here for about 2 years and will be staying for a while. Love having access to a dog park. 😊

Christina was the main person to help us and man was she so informative and helpful throughout the application process. SO PATIENT even when I asked her 100 million questions during our tour. She was so very kind. helpful and quick. Very knowledgeable and professional. We got approved immediately and got to do a same day lease/ move in. She made our decision to relocate from California to Washington so much less stressful.

I called the office after just moving because my fridge wasn’t working. The office staff reassured me that someone would follow up with me. Staff also provided me with the direct phone number to maintenance. The response was great!! The maintenance guy not only fixed it, but he explained how to set the outlet breakers!

Grammercy staff has been amazing since day one, almost two years ago now. Their communication and willingness to assist since Covid started has been AMAZING. I've mainly been working with Paris, their assistant manager and she is beyond helpful, kind, and on top of things. The apartments are nice and they are always listening to tenants and changing things to better the community. I am happily living here and hope to renew at the end of the year. Thanks Parhis, you deserve a raise 😁

They have incredibly communication and make the process so simple and achievable. This is the first apartment complex that has someone who consistently answers the phone and helps with any questions whenever possible. Also Paris is incredibly kind and a great listener. She's amazing at her job.

The apartments are not incredible, but the staff has been. We've lived here for a couple years, and maintenance has been outstanding after the COVID protocols were put in place. The office staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and it doesn't hurt that they like my dog.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and it has started to go downhill real fast recently. Garbage left on the ground, cars speeding through the parking lot, weed smell,…. Yesterday, people were lighting fireworks and security just drove by. Soon after, someone even lit a firework between 2 buildings.

Woke up to an irritating situation that has been a problem for awhile now. The apartment I live in came in with its own main appliances (stove, washer/dryer,dish washer & refrigerator) well it’s been our 3rd year here already and not only did our monthly payment go up like crazy but all of our appliances are old and not working properly & our carpet 🤢 well that’s another story . But anywho An example this morning, about half of my NEW GROCERIES & all my dairy items are FROZEN😡 My sons jello? FROZEN. Milk? FROZEN. Yogurt? FROZZEENNN!! Eggs? Yup! Frozen. My

The Management and Staff are so wonderful and willing to help. Even the grounds keepers. I give them 5 plus stars.
