If I could place zero stars I would. I placed a $300 holding deposit for a Unit when my partner and I applied with Erin. Beginning of April 2020. I also have a new born and we were looking for a new home. I've had the worst customer service here trying to get my holding deposit back. Its been over an entire month, and Erin no longer works here who took our payment. Its super fustrating and unprofessional that its taken this long to return my holding deposit when I was told it would be refunded after 72 hours.

I called to inquire about an available unit and when I called, the person who answered didn’t know what level the unit was on nor did she know the room size dimensions. Additionally, when I tried to ask what the difference was between the pricing of the different two bedrooms that were available she gave a weird answer. She stated that all the apartments start at $2295 and the price can vary based on lease time, etc (which I get) but then said she had a 2 bedroom at $2395 but didn’t explain why that one was more. Despite the unclear answers & confusion I agreed to still sign-up for a virtual

Not professional at all and stole our money. We applied to Renaissance for an apt that we couldn't visit in person (fine, Covid19), paid application fees and $300 holding deposit. We submitted all of the required documents and got "approved" within seconds. 10 days later and 2 days before our move-in day, we never received our welcoming letter or our lease to sign. We tried to reach them by phone or email but no success. Stay away!

I'm beyond excited to call Renaissance Apartment Homes my new home! They've been there to answer all of my questions and have made the moving process a breeze! The units are gorgeous and spacious with so much natural light. They have everything you could possibly need to live comfortably and happily!

We have lived at the Renaissance for 13 years. We would not ever think of moving; It is well maintained in a safe neighborhood and we feel safe even at night. The staff is excellent and t he maintanence crew is excellent. While it is not one of the least expensive places in town it is one of the nicest.
