Walden At Providence

I have been here for two months and have little to no complaints. I will say I think the previous tenant in my unit did not take care of my unit as well as they should, but overall I am loving living here. Maintenance is super helpful and comes in a timely
manner for any issues, and the office is always available via email or phone to answer any questions. It is overall a quiet complex with a large age range of people that live here. I would definitely come tour if you’re looking for an affordable apartment!

I love the Walden!!! The location is perfect for downtown, providence, Clift farms, and anything off of 72. The amenities are awesome and the staff is great w communicating. 10/10 recommend the Walden in providence!

Our first few experiences with Walden was definitely not the greatest, especially since we came from out of state and all communication was virtual. Our first impression was definitely not positive at all. After we moved in and got through the rest of the obstacles, we are finding and realizing that Walden is not that bad of a place. The location is perfect and we got lucky with being next to pretty quiet neighbors. The office staff is pretty responsive when I have questions and the maintenance requests are pretty quick as well. My family and I recently moved to Huntsville and didn’t know what to expect but one thing that made it easier was choosing Walden at Providence. The staff is friendly and readily available, not just in the beginning when you move in, even now months later I know I can always call, email, or just walk to the office and they are there. The area is overall quiet and clean, of course you have your usual neighbors with pets and children (myself included) but everyone is respectful and mindful of each other’s space. We enjoy the pool, friendly staff in office/maintenance. Our apartment could use some updates, but overall we like it here.

I've lived at the Walden since 2016.
The staff has always been very accommodating! Being a single mom of 3 kids price is always a factor and Stephanie has always helped to keep me in a great rate!
Brian with maintenance is always very quick to handle any concerns and is always super friendly.

I have lived here for almost a year and it has been great! It is very quiet, the units are spacious, and its secluded but still close to everything you need such as Publix and Target. Compared to other apartments in this area, this place is a steal price wise. Lastly, any issues I have had have been solved in a timely manner and with much patience. 10/10!

Worst neighbors I have ever had. Constant loud banging noises and dogs barking. Not uncommon to hear the neighbors yelling at each other at 3:30am. Old building with paper thins walls. The amenities are always broken as well, such as the grills and fire pits. Maintenance still hasn’t fixed my ice maker and I’ve lived here for almost a year. I have recently killed two brown recluse spiders in my apartment, and now I have mice. Maintenance and pest control still haven’t made any efforts to fix this. Why am I paying for pest control? I will definitely not be renewing my lease!

The office staff, maintenance, and manager are spectacular. The apartments are spacious and have tons storage with really great soundproofing between walls. They really seem to care about the residents and keeping the complex well-maintained. Another perk is the great neighborhood that’s all within walking distance.
