Do not move here ! They have a very bad bedbug in Infestation! I have mold in my apartment that I have complained about several time and they have yet to come to my apartment to address it. The pest issue is out of control. This property is better off without management because the ones they do have is worthless! I can’t wait till my lease is up !

Normally I’m hesitant to leave reviews for apartments, but after living here for about 6 months, I can confidently say I absolutely love Woodland Hills! I’ve had several apartments in the past, and this is by far my favorite one. I highly recommend the “Palm” floor plan, as it makes the apartment feel like a town home. I love the bedroom being on the top floor, the second bathroom downstairs for guests, the fireplace, the tall ceilings, and the plethora of windows. It feels so homey. The maintenance team is always great at completing any work orders of mine in a timely and professional

I’ve been a resident here for 4 years. When the previous property manager Nano managed the property it was an AMAZING living experience. Random act of kindness like giving out ice cream to tenants, movie night, maintenance staff was if prompt and efficient, overall genuine Care for the community. The new manager Olivia takes over and I’ve NEVER had so many complaints or lived in such and uncomfortable environment in my life. My Air conditioning unit has been going in and out for weeks, a month in a half to be exact, and nothing has been done about it. I call the office and I don’t get a response

I have lived here for 1 year and my family and i are very comfortable, no disturbance on property, we have a unit over looking the pool and you can hear the water very softy , I'm very comfy here. mgmt is friendly and other staff as well. they often do events for the residents . will I recommend this place yes In deed. it is surrounded with all that you need near shopping centers. I can not express my gratitude and appreciation enough when it comes to this property. Very clean and quiet environment. Everyone in the office is so helpful. Minor maintenance issues always fixed within hours of the request. Jamilya and everyone in the office are kind and very very helpful. I definitely recommend this community.

I recently moved to Woodland Hills and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff and management have been very professional and courteous from the leasing process, my move-in and through my first weekend. My apartment was delivered as expected with no surprises. Even a minor maintenance issue at move-in was corrected within 30 minutes of making a call to the office.
The location of the community is great!! It is near highways 183 & 114, which makes getting to work at DFW simple and easy.

I'm pretty new here but I feel so much at ease. The front desk staffs especially the manager are so hospitable. The amenities such as the gym, swimming pool etc are accessible and in good condition. I have finally found a place I can call 'home'. I appreciate your exceptional attitude to serve, keep it up Woodland hills Irving!!!
