I looked at several apartment complexes in the area, even brand-new construction! I cannot express how impressed I have been with the staff at Orchard Hills. Vanessa Byes in the front office management is phenomenal! I have never experienced such personal attention and care. The property itself is very beautiful, and Vanessa helped me to get the exact unit I was envisioning. The communication is top-notch and it is so awesome to be able to get your answers quickly. I could stay here forever!

I have lived here for 7 years and will for years to come! I love living here. It’s close to everything you could need. It’s a friendly and peaceful complex to live in and I highly recommend! The maintenance staff especially Grant are also excellent! I rarely have to call them but when I do, they are amazing!

Love these apartments. The maintenance comes extremely fast and they are so friendly. It’s very quiet I’ve never had a problem with hearing neighbors or any disturbance. Beautiful landscaping, very nice apartments and spacious. I highly recommend it if you are questioning it I can assure you that you won’t regret it.

Moved in these apartments this year after a long time searching for a good place in the area after so many dumps I looked at found these apartments and they are great! Nice layout far back from any main roads almost like it’s own private little neighborhood great communication with tenant, amazing maintenance service! Apartments themselves are very nice clean and modern, very roomy parking, and affordable great place to live and be close to everything in the area! Highly recommend!

We have been living at Orchard Hills for a little while now, and honestly the complex is perfect. It is quiet, well maintained, and is very pet friendly! The location is perfect, close to everything you could need, and only a few miles from 65, making everything easily accessible. The complex has a dog park, a work out facility, an office, and many other amenities! We love our apartment.

This place is nice. We renewed our lease for the second year. It’s quiet and has been a great place so far to raise our child. The maintenance guys are very nice and helpful. Anytime I have a problem or need assistance, Sonya is very quick to email me back and help in anyway she can. She has always been very nice to me.
