A cold and lonely night in December of 1999 - in the midst of my 1st divorce - Technically, I'm homeless. Lying on my bed (the massage table of my first personal training studio), missing my kids - staring into the infinite darkness of the 810 room I called my bedroom for 14 months. On most other nights like this one - I'd feel the pain of the darkness, the loneliness - the distance from my children - even though they were only a few miles away.

It's a fitness philosophy and culture that finally makes sense, and finally results in that change you've been looking for.

The evidence is clear - when you look in the mirror you can see gravity taking its toll - you do not like how it makes you feel, your energy is drained, you're confused about proper fitness - and you feel how all this negatively affects your life.
Q: I've heard so much about the dangers of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout programs. Is that what this is?. No, not at all. Fitness bootcamps are based on the "no pain - no gain" mentality. Truth is - that's just not smart - and it's the wrong approach for middle-aged women. We don't "push you to your limits" - but rather, we gently guide you to your absolute best potential.
But let's take a step back for a second - because it's important for you to know - this realization was triggered by his own middle-age challenges. Trying to keep a marriage intact, trying to raise kids, trying to run a business - and trying to live a fit & healthy lifestyle (the "old" way) - had become impossible.

I have been to one session. but came away a changed person. I am amazed at the mobility I gained from just that one, gentle session. my daughter enjoyed it and stayed on track with the whole routine. We look forward to gaining much through Sculptafit and the wonderful, caring ladies who work there. Thank You.

If you do the Sculptafit workouts you will see results! These quick, super-effective work-outs are awesome especially for busy working moms who go to school! Joey Atlas and his crew are awesome, and they actually care about real women. They don't try to be "trendy". They just want to get women to be as healthy as they can be by setting attainable goals. I love Joey Atlas!

People should be allowed to voice their opinions and not be constantly attacked for their honesty. Joey does a great job and tries hard. I don't follow the work outs 100%, but when I follow them, I see results right away. He put a lot of thought into this method. He puts a lot of time into his research and opinions. It's rare to meet someone like… this these days. I heard recently a woman got angry for his opinion on crossfit; that's his opinion, it's up to everyone else to find out if it's for them or not. Don't blast him for researching and giving a fair opinion, do the research yourself

I love this place! I have always felt lost when Going to the gym, was never sure what to do. Here, they have classes throughout the day. Each class is run by s personal trainer who coached everyone through the routines. The exercises are gentle but effective and I am feeling difference after only a few weeks.
