Piccola Trattoria is an authentic Italian restaurant, with the charm and comfort of a real Italian Trattoria. Piccola Trattoria's seasonal menu features an array of homemade pastas such as cannelloni, gnocchi and pappardelle. Come warm up with melt-in-your-mouth Bistecca, Boulliobese di Pesce or Branzino.
Piccola Trattoria's cozy atmosphere is perfect for date night or to relax with good friends and a glass of vino. A dinner at Piccola Trattoria is meant to re-create the warmth of meals enjoyed by Mr. Pennacchio's family. Chef Sergio Pennacchio, transformed the single dining room of 34 seats into a roomy, elegant-rustic space.

I read a few great reviews of this place and it encouraged me to try it. Had dinner for two. Pros: Parking was easy, not sure if this was because of the pandemic. I was able to make my reservation online. The fact they had dine in was great as I am not fond of outside dining in summer heat. Had the tasty meatball as an appetizer, the sauce was exceptional and fresh. Had the Branzino, full fish, amazing. Lots of flavor, nice veggies that had simmered in the sauce, delicate. Superb. Prices of the drinks were surprisingly reasonable. The food was priced spot on, it was not cheap but you received excellent

Absolutely one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever had. They had no interest in accommodating any requests, even if our party had a dietary restriction. They were rude and unapologetic - the “kitchen” won’t let us make any changes or even put the sauce on the side. Every aspect of our meal was disappointing. The mushroom soup was salty and cold. The spinach fettuccini with eggplant was overcooked rather than al denti, and the fish was burnt. The lava cake was lukewarm and dry. Never, ever going back.

Very little restaurant we visited while attending Irving's Legend and Blaze. Everything here was fresh and delicious. We got a few apps and salad. For an entree I got a homeade pasta stuffed with mushrooms. It was very good, but bland for my tastes. My son got the pork chop special. It was huge! I had to help him finish. That was delicious. For dessert he had tartufo and I had some type of mascarpone zabaglione (a dessert with pistachios on it). Everything was great! The only negative was the section we sat in had plastic chairs. Would love to visit again!

I thoroughly enjoyed Piccola. We started with the polenta bites, which came with a Bolognese sauce. I am a vegetarian so I asked for a marinara instead, which the restaurant kindly accommodated. Then I got the signature butternut squash pasta. You could taste the absolute freshness and deliciousness right away. The pasta was clearly home made, and tender but still had that lovely bite. The sauce was really rich and flavorful. Delicious! My boyfriend got the boar pasta special and he said it was wonderful and unlike anything he has ever had. We finished with with a Nutella mascarpone dessert. It

I will be back. Patio outdoors is adorable, staff is very knowledgeable- and gives you perfect suggestions. Chef even comes out to ask how your food was. Oh forgot to mention they MAKE THEIR OWN PASTA!!! Started off with the burrata and the eggplant delish- ended up with the Brussel sprout pasta (yes I forgot the names - don't shoot the messenger) and the dessert combo of Napoleon cannoli with a cappuccino was icing to the cake of this evening. Thank you!

The most charming and welcoming place in Westchester. The owner may welcome you himself, and you will feel like you've been in his home. The last time we were here, four of us argued about whose appetizer was best, and then again about whose entree was best, sharing and saying Wow! the whole time. I always intend to order the steak, which is reputed to be amazing, but I get sidetracked by the interesting pasta dishes. Delicious wines too.

Piccola Trattoria is always a go-to! I have been more than a handful of times and it is always a lovely experience. I recommend the burrata appetizer, linguini cacio e pepe entree, and penne con pancetta entree. The staff are always friendly and informative about all items on the menu. The environment has a warm, relaxing feel and the prices are average for a nice restaurant.

The Honey and I visited the Trattoria recently, and are convinced this is the Best Restaurant in Dobbs Ferry, and one of the best n Westchester County! We started with the Meatball and the Burrata appetizers. Each was a generous serving, enough to be shared, and delicious! The meatball, flavorful, well cooked and tender. The burrata, amazingly fresh, served with roasted tomatoes and peppers! Exceptional! From there we went on to a salad with the mussels with the white wine sauce and the seafood served over the squid ink pasta. The mussels were perfectly cooked and presented beautifully, the

Piccola is the starting point in our home for any conversation about where to go out for date night, treat friends and family to a meal, or celebrate a special occasion. Piccola is everything that trattoria implies: a rustic, warm, and welcoming Mediterranean restaurant. But the humility of that label belies the technique, depth of flavor, and sheer craveability of Sergio's cooking.
Their COVID safety record is strong. Servers wear masks, and tables are properly spaced. They are serving indoors, but our current comfort level is at takeout or one of the curbside tables.

*Magical Night*
My group of four reserved a table at Sergio's warm, welcoming and good-vibing restaurant this past Saturday night. Even though the place was jumping, it was running smoothly with smiles all around us. Throughout the evening, we each commented that we felt as if we were honored guests at Sergio's private dinner party. The food is of course delicious, inspired, delightful but not desperately, over-reachingly complex. The service is prompt, friendly, open, and happy to be there. We were treated to many things, personally by the owner and can't wait to go back.

Intimate restaurant that brings great feelings. Food is delicious and the service is outstanding. This restaurant is nothing alike the traditional trattorias, it is a gift of the Gods. Every time we come back we like it even more. The Crepe de Dulce de Leche is certainly a phenomenal way to finish an amazing meal at this place. I highly recommend it.

So good! Wish I had known about this place before. It's a small little Italian restaurant with authentic dishes that are all made from scratch and delicious. When we went, it was super busy, but not in an annoying way - in a, everyone is quietly enjoying themselves way, where a lot of people seemed to know each other.
We had the breaded mozzarella and prosciutto appetizer which was amazing, and I had the butternut squash pasta which was great. The chef came around twice, which was a nice touch. Awesome spot for a date night, we will be back.

Heard from News 12 about this restaurant, we decided to have dinner there on a packed friday night. As soon as we walked in, we saw a table right in front of us for 5 people that we'd reserved. We were sat down immediately. Chef came over and asked how we are doing thus far., he asked my 8 yr old daughter if she wanted her pasta served right away. Pasta came shortly after, followed by fried calamari and bruschetta. Bruschetta was very well made.
I am a fish lover, grew up where fish is our main meal. For a place that busy our waiter was very attentive, courteous and very knowledgeable about
