I went to Dr. Cugine in my 30's to straighten my top teeth. Mine were fairly straightforward, not that complicated, so I went for about one year. When my children needed braces, I brought both to her. Both children were complicated. Baby teeth that took forever to fall out, some had to be pulled, teeth that came in backwards or horizontal, pallets had to be stretched previously because their mouths were too small for their teeth. Dr. Cugine saw us through it. Her office is very clean, they don't keep you waiting, they answer your questions, and both my children each went for 3 years to see her

Just beginning my treatment with Dr Gwen, and I’m so glad I found her. Not only is she a true professional in orthodontics, she is extremely nice and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Her team is very welcoming and the clinic is clean and equipment is very updated. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a quality experience.

My daughter has been diagnosed with a social and anxiety disorder, so going to any doctor is very stressful for her. I can say without any hesitation she is extremely happy and comfortable at this office. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. When she got her braces, they took their time and make sure to go at a pace that was right for my daughter. As a mother, it makes me very emotion to see my daughter struggle, and to find an office that goes above and beyond is taken a weight off of my shoulders. Amazing! I had a bit more of a unique situation with my braces but that was no problem. Everyone that works there is so kind and always upbeat. For the first time I actually enjoyed going to a dentist office. I’m extremely thankful for how my teeth look now and the great experience I had throughout the process

Dr. Cugine has been amazing with my twin boys. They both inherited my husband's overbite and were tough cases, but she has been very patient and thorough and I dont know how we would have gotten through all of it without her as their Ortho.
They now have amazing smiles to match their handsome looks! I highly recommend Dr. Cugine. She has a great staff too and its been a pleasure working with them all.

After reconsideration I wish to state Dr Cugine is professional and competent. I was extremely frustrated and under great personal stress when I wrote the previous review. The office staff contacted me and asked to amend my comments. They stated they return calls as promptly as possible. They also informed me when they are in their other office they don't check the Tewksbury office voicemail until later in the day.
