After experiencing inadequate healthcare for 5 years, sadly my expectations were less than optimistic when scheduling my first appointment with Delta. I left with a the best feelings of hope, and an entire new look at the healthcare system as a whole. I highly recommend them on many levels. I didn’t feel like a number, and I wasn’t referred to a Specialist that take me weeks to get into for an appointment most everything was taken care of and discuss thorough right there at the office! Got a Covid booster shot there via an online appt. The staff themselves were professional. However, it was NOT very accessible.
Drove through lots of standing water to get to the parking lot. Noticed a new Mercedes sports car illegally parked on the white stripes of the handicapped spaces in front of this bldg., essentially blocking people who are actually handicapped from parking in either spot in front of the bldg.!

I really appreciate the time and energy the Delta Direct Care team gives us with our visits. They even have a messaging app to ask questions as well. I like it because I don’t need to stay on the phone for a while to talk to someone. They go above and beyond our expectations. We are very blessed to be able to go there.

They're basically everything you've always wanted and needed in a doctor's office but have never been able to find before in traditional "big name" clinics.
