I am so glad I found this place! Natalie and the whole staff are amazing. Natalie is so sweet and caring. She cares for her clients on both a professional and personal level. I have seen great results from the laser hair removal after just 2 treatments. Cannot say enough wonderful things about her or the rest of the staff here. I am so thankful I found them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I usually go to Collin County Cryo for Botox, but decided to give this place a go because it's closer to home and I will NEVER go back! Immediately after they finished injecting the Botox I noticed the sides of my face looked uneven and I was weary (because I get botox rather frequently), but they assured me it was just swelling and would go down. Woke up the next day and one of my eyelids was droopy and it stayed like for the next four months. Literally looked like I was winking at all times. I reached out to the owners and they were completely unprofessional

The service here is nice but the equipment is subpar. They do not have up to date lasers or equipment. The employees are nice but are trained to sell monthly memberships. Unfortunately they do not have current or up to date equipment or lasers to be real players. I payed for a year membership and was asked to renew at 8 months.

I highly recommend Prosper Laser Med Spa. I am getting a tattoo removed and also laser hair removal. The laser hair removal doesn't hurt and I saw results after the first treatment. The entire staff is very friendly, easy to talk to and they make you feel comfortable. They take the time to answer all of your questions and concerns.

I have been going here for laser hair removal and I'm so thankful I found this place. They have top notch equipment, they are so professional and friendly and they have extremely fair prices. I had amazing results right away. I will definitely continue to get more services done here and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and I highly recommend them to you !! I always rely on reviews when checking out a new place, but I'm not always the best on remembering to leave one. But I wanted to make sure I did a review for them bc this place has it all and it is a hidden gem that I am so glad

I went in for the introductory hydrafacial and I was completely blown away!! I booked my appointment after following them on IG and was kind of nervous after reading the yelp reviews! I had the best experience! She was so nice and she listened to everything I said and asked me a lot of questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my skincare and learning how she should "create/customize" my treatment. I scheduled my next visit and I'm probably going to be a member soon . There was such great energy, I felt so comfortable, I could go on and on.

Pricing is average its not cheap nor expensive.
Customer service is good until you complain about their service.
Going into complaining about injection that I got. I normally get my botox on my masseter every 6-7months so i know how it works and where the injector normally targets.
I want to get into how the injector was performing my masseter botox. I dont remember her name but when we got into the procedure room her fingers

This place is heaven on earth! Natalie (sweetest person on earth) and Nate are incredible professionals inside and out. When I come here I feel like a queen. Been with them for a long time and got many procedures from them including body countering, laser hair removal, IPL, chemical peel and more with an amazing results. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Prosper Laser for about two years now and cannot say enough about how awesome Natalie and Nate are. I have been dealing with terrible acne scaring and issues with my skin since my teens (way too long ago). My skin, thanks to Natalie, is looking great! I feel comfortable going out in public without makeup, which is huge for me. I appreciate all the on-going trainings Nate has his staff going to and the best lasers/treatments out there.
