Wow. What a difference. Ester the new office manager is professional, helpful and gets things done. She has an exterminator coming in and the roaches are almost under control. We went from no hot water...period-to now having it most of the time. Still not always it is intermittent. The laundry room remains a mess. Our clothes have been stolen so you must wait while they wash n dry. We are waiting for them to fix the washers and dryers at this time so you must use a laundry mat. Maintenance came into our apartment and made all of the repairs we had reported that needed addressed. There

This people are thieves whenever you move out They will keep your deposit I try and contact them about my deposit but They wont answer the phone or reply to my email please look somewhere else to rent cause this people will keep your money whenever you move out beware!!! Also it's used to be 825 for a two bedroom but since this new company took over they decide to jack up the price now is 1095$ the rent isn't worth it trust me the inside has roaches and there's hardly space to park your car. Everything fallen apart.

It is an older complex, so it's not totally up to date, that being said, I don't really have complaints. They're quick to answer requests & address issues. My neighbors are quiet & nice. The amount of space for the money is awesome! A park right across the street & close to so many other things in Denton.
I've read a lot about roaches & insects, but I haven't really had a problem. I've seen a few bugs, but that's normal. I set out roach motels when I first moved in and I chance them out every once in awhile & I haven't had any issues. You can also call Scott Brown & ask them to send out pest control
