We offer Outdoor Fitness Classes for adults in Danville and Walnut Creek, Personal Training at our customized gym in Alamo and Self Defense Training for Women in Alamo. This one hour, full-body outdoor group exercise class builds strength, stamina, endurance and GRIT! Workouts balance functional movement training and cardiovascular fitness for a variety of fitness levels.

You'll use a variety of equipment including TRX, Free Weights, Resistance Tubing and Medicine Balls during this power hour workout. We strive to empower women and girls to use their voice and physical power without reservation when confronted by a person who intends to harm them. I used to dread exercising, but now that I joined Gumsaba Boot Camp, I look forward to challenging and effective workouts.

Michelle is very knowledgeable, explains things very well and sensitive to the needs of her clients. I've worked with several trainers (and physical therapists) over the years and she's the best by far.

Our entire family has been going to Gumsaba from the day it opened a year ago and are very happy with the personal fitness training that we get from Michelle. She pays attention to each individuals needs and specific issues while helping each client achieve their personal goals. Michelle is very professional, the gym is spotless, and she keeps the clientele motivated at every session.

Michelle is outstanding. The highlights for me are that they gym is always really clean and fresh. It is a comfortable and attractive place to be. I also appreciate that the equipment is solid and up to date. Highly recommend.

Three years ago this month I became a regular boot camper at Gumsaba. I was never athletic before, but the coaches and the other campers were hugely supportive and friendly. I gained strength, stamina, energy while losing pounds and Inches. While gumsaba focuses on adopting a healthy lifestyle and fitness regime, I can personally say I lost about 15 lbs and several sizes. But more importantly, I gained confidence, a great group of friends and a changed life. And I LOVE being outdoors and enjoying the scenery. Rainy days are the best!
