Usually when moving to a new city it can take months to find a nail salon that can reliably do an amazing job exactly how I like my nails done. (12 years of full sets, I’m particular!) How lucky was I to find Ibiza, my technician was perfect, on my first visit, and all the ones after. Pro tip - make a next day appointment or go right when they open on weekends.

Terrible experience i went there after the fire to support them britney did my foot and she was great. The guy that did my nails didnt do anything just filed. I had to tsll him that my last nail polish on the sides are not removed remove it. In the middle I told him he didnt put base coat he said I dont need it and paint over it. The white nail polish was everywhere and i had to remove it myself. He told me they dont have pink nail polish for french tips akd i told him I want pink he said I dont need that either. Britney went and found nail polish and gave it to him. There are bubbles on every

Love this salon! Their online booking is so easy, the salon is spacious and always super clean. My gel manicures last longer when I go there and I just tried their GelX alternative to acrylics and I’m obsessed!! Their pricing is super reasonable too and everyone is so friendly and skilled- love Michelle, Tony, Tu and May!

While the nail techs are great, the owner’s professionalism and care for their customers is not. Multiple visits my appointment started 45 minutes late, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff after the first couple times, they said there was nothing they could do. Then today, they were also 45 minutes late, but on top of that, they charged me $95 for a service that I booked as being $55. When I saw the emailed invoice, I called to get it corrected and was spoken to in such a mocking and belittling way by the owner and ultimately was not even refunded the money from the overcharge

Horrible and dangerous location. Nail tech put on latex gloves and was touching my partner’s feet. As soon as we realized they were latex (my partner has a serious allergy) we asked her to stop, and she KEPT. GRABBING. my partners feet. No matter how many times we told her ‘No’ and ‘Stop’ and held out our hands she kept grabbing my partner with latex gloves and making things worse. The issue may have been that the nail tech didn’t speak any English, but the words “NO” and “STOP” should be pretty apparent. I asked for some water to wash off the area and was ignored. Finally a

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. Cindy did my nails and was very nice. She even introduced me to a new technique that better fit my lifestyle so I don’t keep breaking nails. Love they time they took and attention to detail. I got Gel X & I also had Michelle do an amazing job on my gel pedicure. The shop was nice clean and super cute. See you guys again soon!
