Since I moved here the staff has been kind, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Maintenance is extremely knowledgeable and always smiling. It makes this place feel like a home. I've lived in one apartment on the top floor and transferred to a ground floor unit. Throughout he process all the staff have made the nightmare of moving an easy transition. The neighbors are kind and the dog park is wonderful. During the weekend we had an emergency maintenance issue and the maintenance guys handled everything very professional and did their best to not disturb myself and the rest of the residents. I

Sunday, I was startled by someone banging on my front door. As I checked the peep hole, I realized there were Two men. I did not recognize them, so I didn't open. These men came back and shook my door handle to see if my door was open. watching this through the peep hole, I became alarmed. the men walked off and I opened my door to get a look at them and one flies into my apartment. STARTLED & DEFENSIVE, I asked him why was he in my apartment, He then tells me he's maintenance and that I needed to turn my breaker off. NOT ONCE before did either man

I love these homes! The management/staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I’ve recommended them to many family/friends. They’ve always helped me quickly with any issues I have. The amenities are wonderful and useful. I wouldn’t chose to live anywhere else!

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!
I had a nice experience up until my move out. I had notified the management through their portal on three occasions that there were German cockroaches leading up to the two months of my move out and all three times they had pest control come spray.
After I moved out, I emailed management asking if I can expect my security deposit back. They respond saying I OWE $600 because they had to spray for cockroaches twice. I immediately responded asking how I can be responsible for this charge as I had informed them of this problem while I was a tenant and the pest control was a part

Manager is very good at saying 'we are very committee to..' or 'we are working diligently..' or 'we appreciate your patience..' Meanwhile months and months go by before issues are addressed and then it is usually the fix is incomplete and temporary and not long before the issue is back. Whether its garbage, broken down junk cars, broken glass in walking areas, 'amenities' that dont work for months or broken doors that either dont lock or dont close or are so damaged and as a result heavy that a child or elderly person risks hurting themselves trying to open it. Thats just on the outside. Inside

Wanted to tour a luxury apartment in Columbia, and Emily made my decision so much easier to choose this place to be my future home! Emily was very professional and knew an answer to every question I had! It’s nice to know someone loves their job and just isn’t here to work…we all know those type of employees. She did an outstanding job with touring the place and finding the perfect floor plan for my family and I!
