For aquariums, 1-20 Gallon limit and must supply renter's insurance. No deposit required on the aquarium as long as the office has a current renter's insurance policy for this community. Sunset Point is a Pet-Friendly community with NO ADDITIONAL PET RENT! We welcome you to bring in your furry friends into the office so they can enjoy a yummy dog treat!
We are around the corner from Arlington's Entertainment District, 2 blocks from Hurricane Harbor, across from Six Flags over Texas, home of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. We loved living at Sunset Point. The office staff were so willing to work with us and were very accommodating. Maintenance worked constantly. They kept the grounds cleaned and well maintained. The residents were friendly. We always felt safe at Sunset Point.

I came for a scheduled tour and was sent to the model apartment alone. No one would go with to show me through. I wondered the complex and got lost… lady came after me and instead of going with me to show me she just said “wrong way” and pointed the other direction. Then, they had issues with the model apartment getting unlocked. The lady tried to talk through the camera and was irritated when I couldn’t get the door open. Glad I didn’t proceed with this complex. NOT a good first impression.

Was interested in these apartments and I am relocating from Illlinois. Was told I didnt qualify to rent from them because I did not have a CURRENT job which i was at for 6 months when the only reason I dont have a job CURRENTLY is because like I said I am relocating in a few weeks and I start my new job when I get there. I have a offer letter and everything but I guess thats not enough for them. Not to mention I literally left my job of 7 years last month only because I am RELOCATING. Lol interesting. So if you are relocating and waiting to start a job this isnt the place for you! Yolanda was nice

I've been living here for 5 months and so far I love it! It's in a great area with lots of shopping centers near by and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. The people living here are pretty friendly, always enough parking and very spacious apartments. Yolanda helped me through the renting process and was very patient and kind! Also I've had very few issues here but when I do, maintenance is here within a few hours

I'm scheduled to move in on May 15. So far my experience has been good. The apartment im to occupy is nice and is all they said it would be. The leasing agents are very nice and professional. I've done a drive through on several occasions and find the property very well kept. So at this point I will see what happens after I move in.

I've thoroughly enjoyed calling this place home. I've been here for over 8 years. My service requests get handled so quickly, sometimes I think there's someone hanging right outside my door. Robin, Yolanda and the ladies at the office go above and beyond to be supper helpful. I wouldn't have been here that long if I didn't absolutely love it. The compound is always clean, quiet and secure and it's nestled in the middle of a quiet community. For the price, I couldn't find anyplace better. Every place has their bad residents - you know - the ones who always cause trouble by violating common rules

Hello, I would like to say that I have been at this apartments for 2 years. The staff is great. Maintenance works hard to get things done, if they are behind they will let you know in advice. Great place to live, I can say since I been here, there has never been bugs. You get what you pay, but In all these apartments are good in my books.
