My friend brought his car here to get it fixed because his car was making this rattling sound and he specifically brought it in to fix the issue that was causing this sound and when he picked his vehicle up, it continued to make that sound. He took it back due to it still having that sound and they simply told him that they fixed a different part and that the sound was a different issue to fix... he initially and specifically asked them to fix the sound issue that was going on, so there is no reason why you fixed a "different" part when it was brought in due to the sound it was making

These guys are amazing! Had the catalytic converters stolen off my truck late Thursday night. Left my truck overnight and came back the next day when they opened. Took real good care of me and had me back on the road later that day. James is a real good dude and is always looking out for what's best for his customers!

I was first greeted with a friendly and professional greeting. After the paperwork was completed the owner invited me to go with him to inspect the vehicle. Once the vehicle was it inspected, the owner explained in detail what was needed and what was going to be done. All in all it was a great experience at Mayco Muffler's. Everyone from the owner to the secretary and the technician for a kind, polite, and professional.

Once again, Raul and the team at my local Mayco Car Care & Muffler (1639 Gessner Dr.) has gone above and beyond my expectations. About a year ago my speed/wheel sensor notified me of an issue. I had these guys do the diagnostics and they quickly found that there was no issue with the sensor itself, but instead a more serious issue with the bearings on the wheel. To prove their point they brought me in to the shop and showed me how the wheel was loose. I had them perform the repair as their price was fair (and MUCH less than the dealer quote). They replaced the whole assembly which included bearings

PLEASE BEWARE!!! MAYCO IS INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I went to Marco to have my catalyst converter replaced. The first time they did such a bad job that Chevy said it would cost me $2500 to fix the things mayco messed up. Instead of tell me that they didn’t have a replacement catalyst the used a catalyst converter that did not fit with the old flange. They caused multiple exhaust leaks, I had to go back to Mayco 8 times to try and fix all the damage, because I couldn’t afford to pay Chevy I took my car back to mayco hoping they could get it right. They acted like they were fixing my car

Some thieves came by late last night after I got home from work around 9:30 pm last night. They cut the catalytic converters and sensors off! I found out when I started it and it sounded like grenades. (This is the 2nd time.) I called Mayco today and explained the problem. They informed me that they had my parts in stock and could get me taken care of today. I came in and all the staff were friendly. I had to wait a bit cause they were busy but once they were done my check engine light was gone and my exhaust was quiet like it was again! The welds look as they should. The price was definitely fair

I called on a Friday to inquire about getting service to my vehicle. Raul was able to get me in the same day. He quoted me over the phone with the work that needed to be done. He called to follow up with me a hour before my appointment to make sure I will be arriving. He greeted me outside of my vehicle when I arrived. His customer service was awesome!!! I am very satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely be back. I appreciate all of you at Mayco. You have a forever client now

I was in the other day to have yall install some black quad tips. I wish i would have taken a closer inspection before i left. But did yall really spray paint my exhaust??.. ive got overspray EVERYWHERE. its on my rear diffuser, my hangers, my undercarriage, inside of my bumper. And to make matters worse the tips appear to be hacked off at the split, so im officially out 200 dollars on those tips, and now ive gotta figure out how and why ive got all this black stuff all over my car.

Honest car repair company! My dad’s best friend used to work on my car. When I had an issue with the front end of my car, it was a bigger job than he could handle. He had used Mayco in the past and found them to be an honest, trustworthy car repair company. He referred me. They explained the reason for the car’s symptoms and showed me the bad parts they removed. I highly recommend them and will use them for future repairs!

After a bit of a miscommunication on price, Raul ( the owner ) honored the lower price. He also gave a good deal on a lot of other work that the car needed. All repairs and work are documented through photos by an online profile that the car has through the shop. For the amount of work that was done, they were impressively quick. The shop is clean, and the mechanics are professional. I would recommend this shop for all car care needs. Thank you.

I'm very impressed with Mr. Raul and his team. They are very passionate about customer service, and they never try to sell me something that I don't need. They are very honest in explaining car problems, and they always suggest the most efficient way to fix it. Called in for a wheel alignment. Was quoted 60-70. Took my car in and afterwards was told that a FULL front wheel alignment was going to cost me $120. This would include toe, camber, caster. I knew this was a rip-off especially considering it was non warranty, however, I needed to get it done asap as I was on my way out of town and didn't want to delay further into the evening. For comparison, you can get a lifetime alignment package at Firestone (everything included) for about 150. This means you can take it in and get it realigned with other perks. Mayco said that if I came in the next day

I am a local here and this place is a Godsend. My 10 year old Acura TL needed extensive work done. The car would not turn on after several days of not driving it (they found out it was an electrical problem and fixed it), needed new timing belt, oil leak in 3 different places, needed new starter motor, needed new AC compressor. The manager is Raul and my main mechanic was Victor and boy were they patient with me when I was stressed out, especially when they dropped my motor to fix my bad oil leaks and fix my timing belt.
