I have a hole in the ground from pro cut in the spring pulled out the sprinkler head. It is December and still waiting for it to be fixed. They never get rid of our leaves on the ground once they fall from the trees like other communities do that do not have this company. Our fees go up but I see very little of anything being done. There is another condo community that went with this company and only pay $200 a year. They do pay for their own water and sewage. I wished we could do that. Pro Cut does a horrible job. We need a different company.

I feel Oaklandon homeowners association (specifically Sharon K Meloche) ripped me off for almost $2000. As an 80% disabled vet, I hope that she is proud for refusing my payment attempts and ultimately taking the money (approx 10x the amount) from my account. Listening to her laughing in the background is not funny to me. Please do not support these people! Sharon K Meloche specifically laughing and refusing to return my calls or emails as I attempted to pay the actual amount is disgusting in my opinion.

They are not just bad at what they do, they are incompetent. Every year my complex buys a certain number of mowings. Every year we run out in the fall and the leaves are never cleaned up. Any reasonable person would either add more mowings or not cut the grass in the middle of the summer when it does not grow. Kirkpatrick keeps cutting the grass in the summer when there is no need to do so and they don't buy extra cuttings. This is the definition of incompetence.

All good. I don't ever need to go inside-they have a table outside with envelopes and pens if you need to fill out your money order or check right there and a slot you can just drop it in to. They make it pretty easy thankfully

Kirkpatrick Management Company recently took over our HOA. In my personal experience, they have not been helpful or supportive. I placed two maintenance requests and they have been "monitored" now for over 2 months. I personally handled one, and the other remains unaddressed. When I inquired about when the other would be addressed the representative was very rude and said the team was very far behind, and basically they would get to it when they get to it.

In the last month, I have decided to sell my home. I close tomorrow, but I recieved emails threating legal action if I were to lease

I am very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism by Kat Makridakis at Kirkpatrick Management Company and the architectural review board at Woodgate. I resubmitted an architectural design review request for a new patio. My original request was processed and approved quickly, but due to delays by the original contractor for completing the installation, I was not able to get the patio installed as originally planned. I worked with Kat Makridakis to gain approval for an architectural change to my home. Kat communicated deadlines and expectations in a professional manor. I felt she was helping me through the process instead of being barrier. That was not my experience with our last property management company. Got a call a few minutes ago my neighbor who has been in and out of the hospital. Kirkpatrick Management tagged her car as abandoned.
move it and plate it or Kirkpatrick will tow it.
My close to 80 year old neighbor and her cancer stricken friend (honestly both are very ill and as I was not home to jump start it) roll it back and forward moving it over in Her carport to show it's been moved
keep in mind she owns the carport as she owns her Condo.

I have very bad experience with Kirkpatrick management company. I own a home in Heritage at Spring mill, Carmel Indiana. Dana Stout is the manager for the HOA subdivision. She and her team never respond to my phone calls. Pulte builder recently tried to call them no reply to any of our emails. I pay $750/- quarterly for the HOA.

Kirkpatrick management is used as a property hit man by by unscrupulous hoa boards and if you do not like the shanty Irish telling you what to do on your own private property you will get harrassed by thier law firm Dewey, Cheatem,& Howe.
All HOA's are from HELL. The only other choice is to move out in the country. GOOD IDEA!

All I have to say is Kirkpatrick sucks! Kevin isn't good to work with. We had Plumbing issues what are toilet leaking sewage in our bathroom, hallway and laundry room. We called around 12:00 midnight and I had no one to show up. My wife had to contact the office that morning and still have no contact. We end up having our own plumber and then they had their plumbers come in after. The plumbing company did not reach out to us so we had to get our own to do something. Coming to find out the plumbing is not correct since we are sharing the main Plumbing with our neighbors which is part of the

The Deer Path HOA (KMC) uses the law firm Eads Murray & Pugh to harass homeowners. Increases yearly payment from $300 to $763.74 in less than a month and a half.

We need to change the representatives of our HOA to people who have better morals. Thank you for your support!

This company collects fees and does no 'managing' besides hiring an outside company to cut the front grass. It does nothing to make the inhabitants of my neighborhood (Creekside Meadows, Indianapolis) abide by the covenant. We have lived in our house for 13 years and we used to get notices for everything small infringement but the neighborhood looked good. Now we should be so lucky. Last year repairs to the playground were not started until a couple of children were injured and then was under construction for months and not completed until there were multiple complaints about it being

The pits absolutely without a doubt. i urge all HOA to avoid this company at all cost. Absolutely nothing petite to say at all. They have been indiffernt unresponsive and flippant in their response on any request. They seem to be unable to hire a maintenance person for over 6 months, which is questionable but they have not bothered to pickup the slack and if you request the services that are paid for under the management agreement well be prepared to wait for sometimes weeks for simply lightbulb changes, no oversight on contractors ( painters, lawn care or repairmen they send). I recently worked with Dana Stout on approval for adding a Pergola to our new home.
The Pergola we wanted was on sale for a short period of time so it was very important that this addition was approved quickly.
This type of request normally takes 3 weeks, but Dana went above and beyond to get it approved in 3 day. This this saved us hundreds of dollar.
I would to thank her for providing excellent customer service.

Kirkpatrick is an excellent Property Manager! I have lived in my condo for 20 years and the first 5 or so were managed by another company who was terrible. Thankfully we signed on with Kirkpatrick. Brian Kavanaugh, our specific Manager does a fantastic job!

Kirkpatrick Management Company is probably one of the finest and most conscientious company I've seen. I have lived at Harvard Square Cooperative which is managed by Kirkpatrick going on 16 years. They have the best office staff and maintenance crew there is. They are there quickly and get the job done in a way that is efficient and with care. They are friendly and so giving. I have had very good experiences working with Kirkpatrick Management Company over the past eight years. As president of our HOA at Sutton Crossing (Fishers, IN) for five years, the community has received excellent management of our housing units, lawn care, snow removal, accounting activities, insurance procurement and claims and overall tenant satisfaction.

Two years ago I moved to a different condo community, Courtyard Lakes (Fishers, IN) and have had multiple interactions with KMC. The service continues to be excellent, with the addition of pool and irrigation maintenance. When actions are

I would avoid any Kirkpatrick Management property at all costs. Thankfully we only rent our house and our landlord is close with us but I would never own a house under their management. They are invasive, pushy, and down right rude at every interaction. I have a neighbor that has had a couch on the curb for 3 weeks now but they threaten me with legal action for my trashcans. Seriously avoid these people at all costs.

I keep calling and Margaret (secretary) just says let me see if she's in, as if she doesn't know Property man. office is right nest to her desk.....and puts you through yet again to Marylou voice mail which she will not give a call back......This condo is paid in full we may sell it in 2 years, I be dam if I can't enjoy something that is paid for with no mortgage payment.

Incredibly disappointed. Dealt with Joe Wonship, neigh, tried to deal with him. Even after multiple signatures on a letter and a few voicemails, Mo's response. Reported to the BBB - hopefully, this gets the message across.. Unacceptable.

Here's the full scoop:

Company has not responded to multiple complaints by multiple neighbors on multiple occasions.

1. No notification of using pressure washers on our decks with BLEACH. Multiple items were destroyed including but not limited to: cushions, awnings, umbrellas, and plants.

We've had this company for a while now as our condo HOA manager. I am not impressed. The person assigned to our account seldom returns calls promptly and when he does his response to everything is "there's nothing we can do". Our most recent problem is regarding a car which has apparently been abandoned in our complex and hasn't been moved in two months and is obviously abandoned. Two different residents have reported it and in the meantime, we have people who can't park in front of their units because of this car. If two different residents report the car as abandoned
