Mike Godfrey, President and owner of Brunson Property Management, is an Indiana native with over 40 years of experience in property management services, real estate, insurance and investments. For property owners looking to rent out their properties, it quickly becomes clear how much work is involved in property management. You'll be finding tenants, collecting rent, handling complaints and maintenance issues - and this is just the beginning. It can be a daunting task; why not let us help?
The cost of our property management services is 10% of the monthly rent, plus the equivalent of one month's rent for new tenant placement. We generally collect a security deposit from all tenants equivalent to one month's rent, which we allocate to a separate account until the tenant moves out and any damages are assessed.
Many property investors find that attracting - and keeping - great tenants is their greatest challenge. With Brunson Property Management, there is no extra charge for advertising your property to rent. As your full-service property management services partner, we handle advertising, showings, tenant selection and relieve you of all aspects of tenant management.
Both tenants and landlords have contractual responsibility to each other. Unnecessary problems can be prevented by having an understanding of those responsibilities prior to signing a lease agreement. I recently had this business take over the property I was renting. Be warned if doing business with Mike. He DOES come off nice and at our walk through said the property was great, looked very clean, ect. The woman he was with even took photos to use online for future renters WHILE we were there. Sounds like it was left pretty up to par right.....Come to find out, once I receive the letter with what was supposed to be my deposit, They charged me so rediculously that He made sure I got NOTHING back. They went as far as charging me for mowing the lawn, and Cleaning of Kitchen fees! Absolute shame

I agree with other negative reviewers here. His expenses and management are very much bizarre and inflated, not worth doing business. Both landlord and tenants will suffer losses, he took damage deposit from my tenant and never returned back to him.Warning for tenants, he will be very nice in beginning and will become rude after lease is over.Some how will make case in small claims court.

Michael Godfrey the owner of the company is untrustworthy, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Watch your money, protect yourself and most importantly, don't believe a word that crosses his lips. He tries to do business by intimidation. Do not waste your time trying to do business with Brunson Property Management. There are so many other good companies out there.
