If necessary I can recommend a minimum equipment to buy without breaking the bank. I've been working out with Wil for a few months now, and his passion for fitness and health is contagious. I've dealt with a nagging back injury for a few years, which prevented me from working out. When physical therapy wasn't helping, I decided to focus on losing weight and strengthening my back.

My fitness adventure started over two decades ago in my home country of Benin where I made my own barbells from concrete poured into cans. Nothing could stop my creativity in designing exercises and tools or my thirst for learning from the countless fitness magazines I would read. After five years of focusing on my own bodybuilding routine, my enthusiasm for the sport led me to open my own personal training facility: "Willy's Power Gym."
In 1999, I left Benin for France, which afforded me the opportunity to further express my passion for bodybuilding and overall fitness through competitions and exhibitions. My work as a sales representative for Weider Fitness, allowed me to share my knowledge of nutrition while talking with potential customers about the importance of diet and supplements as a part of an overall fitness plan.
This is the first step in understanding your needs and developing a fitness plan that is right for you. In addition to formal certifications in personal training, all members of our training team are skilled in WFW training and fitness approaches, ensuring each of our clients receive a high quality personal training experience.

Wil is a fantastic trainer and great guy! He continues to develop workout programs to increase strength, improve health and lose weight.
Wil is very enthusiastic and fun loving which makes the workouts enjoyable. He utilizes his knowledge to create ideal workouts that are custom to the individual. He routinely asks questions about your goals and works with you to achieve those goals.
During Covid, we switched the gym workouts to video training. It is impressive how much motivation Wil generates as he provides positive support through the video. Wil adapts the workout program based on the equipment

Ten years ago I suffered a debilitating shoulder injury. I worked with numerous physical therapists and trainers over the next nine years and although the pain reduced over time, I was never able to lift weights and achieve any of my fitness goal without hurting it again. Then I started working with Wil. Wil's expertise allowed him to identify how I could begin working out again in ways that helped my shoulder and worked towards my fitness goals without aggravating the injury. A year later, my shoulder is vastly improved and I'm lifting weights and working out in ways I never thought I would again

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I’VE EVER DONE!
I started with Wil over 2 years ago in attempt to recuperate mobility after many long bouts of being bed ridden and the need for a wheelchair. Wil is knowledgeable and creative with compensatory exercises to adjust for my abilities and disabilities. Wil pays close attention to proper form; knows when to change out or stop an exercise. Wil works with you as an individual; no conforming to another’s agenda. Wil is a delight with whom to work. I could not have found a better Trainer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WIL!

Wil is the BEST in the business. I have worked with other trainers in the past, but no one comes anywhere close to him. He has over 20 years of experience as a bodybuilder and a trainer. His knowledge of the body and how to devise a fitness training regime set him apart from other trainers. Before you start, Wil will sit down with you to discuss your goals and then perform an assessment of your current level of fitness. From there, Wil will put together with a plan that will steadily move you toward your goals, while ensuring you avoid injuries along the way.

With Wil's guidance and support, I lost 25 pounds over the last 7 months, and at the age of 45, I am in the best shape ever. It's great to fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear for years, and I feel stronger and have more energy. Wil is a great trainer for many reasons but here are three: (1) He is custom designs your workout for your specific needs and the condition of your body, making sure you are using the correct form. His knowledge/keen interest in body mechanics is especially helpful to those who have chronic problems, like knee or shoulder pain. (2)He follows up after the workout and takes an interest in your recovery period. (3) He's enthusiastic, friendly and positive. He's a pleasure to be with.
