Great place to stay, wonderful staff, and relaxing get away. Only reason I did not give 5 star is because the beds weren't that comfortable and they smell very strong from sented detergent. Other then that solid place to visit been there many times and will continue to visit. Bev (boss lady) is the best.

The Oasis Suites Hotel is in a hard to beat location on the Outer Banks. Located on the causeway it sits on a small strip of land that overlooks the Roanoke sound and offers a great view of the sunrise and sunset. The room service at the hotel is great and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is not too far away from the ocean beach or too far away from downtown Manteo if you are interested in visiting there.

Oasis Suites is an outstanding hotel. The rooms, grounds, and common areas are beautiful. Every detail of the suite has a luxury touch. The kitchen and sitting room were great areas to enjoy that go far above standard accommodations. You felt like you were staying in a home instead of a hotel room. But the most impressive asset is the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. We can't wait to return!

Highly recommend! The stay was lovely and comfortable. My kids love staying in hotels and this one surely didn't disappoint. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. The room had a balcony with an incredible waterfront view (see pics). The fully stocked kitchen (with an electric stove and a microwave) was super convenient for me to cook meals for my family. The room was also well stocked with bath amenities and even had a broom so we were able to make do without housekeeping's help for the entire duration of our stay which worked out well during the pandemic. We found this charming hotel through a Google search, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is amazing and right on the bay. We had a room that opened up to the board walk, and had a lovely view. The staff was super friendly and made great recommendations on places to check out. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. This will be our go to spot next time we are in Nags Head.

I have nothing but raves reviews of every aspect of this hotel. My mother, daughter and I stayed 3 days so we could tour the area. The location is conveniently located between Manteo and Kitty Hawk. The suites are beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The view of the sound was beautiful and enjoyable from the large balcony. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional and eager to help with anything we needed. The feeling of that you are a true guest and genuine appreciation is something that you will not get at a corporate hotel.

This is our second time staying at the Oasis. I have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The hotel isn't very big which I like and was quiet during both of our stays. If you don't like the sound of the road I would recommend getting a room on the backside of the hotel, however I do have two children and we weren't affected by the noise. They have a salt water pool which we really enjoy! The rooms are extremely clean and the views are beautiful. They have a kitchenette which comes in handy. The extra vanity is also nice. The sunsets are gorgeous. The hotel manager is very sweet and accommodating

I think what makes this place unique are the balconies, high quality beds and furniture, the size of the bathroom, and the outdoor pool and hot spa. The bathroom has an extra large shower stall and a whirlpool/jacuzzi large sized tub. The kitchen had all of the kitchen utensils to cook. There was a standard large pot coffee maker, an extra large overheadmicrowave, and a large fridge. I am not sure if there were an oven or dishwasher because we didn't need them. A wonderful little spot to stay for your vacation or to have a wedding. There was a wedding while I was there on the gazebo overlooking the water. The staff is the friendliest you will find ANYWHERE. They were more than accommodating and were excited to give us ideas for food and things to do on the OBX. The hotel is very close to Jeanettes fishing pier, the beach at the pier, the town of Manteo, and the town of Nags Head. Jockeys ridge is also very close by. We stayed here for our Anniversary and really enjoyed our stay. When booking the room, just ask for the water side and not the street side. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and really well done. They even had chocolate covered strawberry's for us (by request)! Our room had a full kitchen and the kitchen was completely stocked. It was nice to have an ice maker for cold drinks. There was even a large balcony to sit out on.

My husband and I stayed here to attend our nephew's wedding at Festival Park in Manteo. What a gorgeous and comfortable place! And, the sound views...well, were spectacular! We planned our stay here based on all the great reviews. So glad we did. First of all, Beverly was a dream to work with. Our room is better than expected (and our expectations were high). Roomy with an intimate cozy feel. Watched the gorgeous sunrise over the water from our room. Walked right outside our back door and had the best view. Wish we could stay here for a week!

To celebrate our anniversary , my bf booked a room with a "water view" in nags head to enjoy the water and near by beaches . However , what we got was a room that faced a busy road and sad views of a weak wetland next to a parking lot. To start, we were welcomed by an enthusiastic and very kind receptionist , she took our information and as we were about to go the owner of the hotel steps out and rudely speaks to her to ask if she got our credit card info ( which she did). This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The entire hotel is gorgeous! You MUST book a suite facing the sound... the view is gorgeous and listening to the water lap against the pier from your balcony is the ultimate! (the other side does have a view but its on the street side and pretty noisy)
The rooms are exceptionally clean and the kitchen fully stocked! Plenty of towels, linens, blankets, soaps, etc...
They don't offer a continental breakfast but they do have small danishes and a kuerig w/ a nice selection of coffee/tea/cocoa

We booked almost the entire hotel for a wedding to be held at Festival Park ( a short drive away). The staff at the hotel were accommodating and pleasant. The rooms were beautiful and the views spectacular! It worked out perfectly for the bride and groom to be on separate floors while getting ready for the big day. There was plenty of room for 2 hair stylists and 2 makeup artists for 14 women to be glamorized! The kitchens allowed us to have cold beverages and platters of food. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were luxurious!

I'd like to give this place more stars. Everything was beautiful and clean! Comfortable and clean. My only problems was after 2 nights we asked for a change of sheets. They usually only do it every 5 days. Since we asked they did do it. Stupidly, I didn't check the sheets before going to bed and woke up to a bloody cover street. It was really scary and gross! They did apologize. Too late now, I already slept under them all night. They have just one washer and dryer for the whole place. The dryer was broken all week. They said they were waiting for a part. They don't offer any type

We had a great experience at the beautiful Oasis Suites! My bridesmaids and I spent the night before our wedding having a girl party, and the fridge and appliances were perfect for snacks and drinks, plus all the incredibly comfortable beds were perfect. The suite gave us lots of places to take photos and get ready the next morning, and the balcony was a wonderful addition, with a sound view.
Knowing that it was a wedding event, the staff was kind enough to bring an extra mirror and a stool for makeup and hair, without us even having to ask. We also got lots of extra towels and blankets.

We stayed here for 3 nights while getting in a little spring surf fishing. This is an excellent little motel with very nice suites available. It is located on the Causeway, very near Lone Cedar Seafood Restaurant.
The suites are well sized, bright, and very attractively decorated. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I've found in a motel. The bathroom has a jetted tub, abd a separate shower with an outstanding shower head. There is a nice kitchen area, as well.
