I am from out of the country and have been practicing Yoga for the last 2 years. While I do not consider myself a Yoga expert I have had enough classes to know when there is proper flow. Beri had me using every muscle in my body. Each movement done carefully taking into account how each muscle is connected to each other

2 years ago I had the unfortunate experience of a herniated disc and frozen shoulder. After 9 months of physical therapy I was given the green light to return to exercising. Thought I would take it easy by starting with yoga. I started taking classes with Beri and haven't stop! Her class sizes are small enough to allow for personalized attention. I take her Friday vinyasa class and Tuesday Pilates. Both have kept me injury free. My posture has never looked better!
