I found Martine from Taste Buds Required after an extensive google search and was elated to see someone who was in the area that could create some Carribean based meal options. Martine was nothing short of professional in her communication, responsiveness, and ability to give suggestions to the many questions presented to her. I would highly suggest Taste Buds Required for events small and large (the tasting was one of the most fun aspects)!

I’m always trying new and different foods. When my friend referred me to “Taste buds require”, I could not believe why I never tried Haitian food before!! It was delicious!! My son and I were Literally fighting for the last patty. This was our first time trying Haitian food and it’s definitely not going to be my last. I already placed my order for this holidays season. Martine is very professional, clean and knows everything about the Authentic Haitian food.

We had a nice upscale backyard BBQ for our special event. Gourmet organic stuffed burgers grilled to perfection with homemade mac and cheese to name a few of my favorites. The fresh tropical drinks were amazing! They only complaints from our guests were their full bellies. The food was on time and and organized. Fresh hot and delicious. By far my favorite part was the organizing. Literally I had to do nothing but give the date and time and theme. She already had ideas and packages ready for me to just point a finger at! She's easily adaptable and can finish off our unfinished ideas. No drama
