Maintenance supervisor Stephen Bohannon is the best maintenance worker Edgewood has had always on time Nice guy and always takes time out of his day to help and he always makes sure we get the best service since we have moved here 10/10 Thanks Stephen! This review is solely for Stephen and Matt, part of the maintenance team. They've been phenomenal guys for us since they started. Always punctual on replying to messages or work orders, the jobs are always done well and completely, even above and beyond sometimes! They're very friendly and professional, it's almost a joy to see them because you know your issue will be resolved. Keep being amazing, guys! 👍

Stephen & Matt are awesome!! When I moved in my heater was not working so I put in a service request… not even an hour later they were knocking at my door to get the problem fixed. They installed a brand new heater & thermostat and on top of that they built my bed, shelf & tv stand!! These guys have been extremely helpful and make good on their promises. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you!!

This apartment has been a great home for me and my puppy! I have had several matters that the maintenance team had to take care of. The current supervisor, Stephen took care of all of these matters very quickly and efficiently! Stephen fixed things and followed up to see if things were going smoothly. He is a professional maintenance person with skills and a great amount of knowledge and experience. He has a very polite professional yet friendly manner. Glad to have such a superman-like maintenance person like Stephen!!

Stephen Bohannon Is the super man in calling up for any help it’s just a word maintenance guy where he is been specialized in doing all kind of stuff and believe me he is the correct guy to fix every problem in the apartments. who don’t forget if anyone asks to do something he checks and do it best and make sure the place where he worked is clean too.One day unfortunately my door lock was not opening and I called him when he is done for the day but still he attended me and he drove by and fixed it and he goes to extra mile to help at any time. This place came right on time for me. The balconies are HUGE. Mine is covered but still gets plenty of light for a patio garden. Since moving here I've not experience anything out of the ordinary. When I do need assistance, Stephen and Matt are super responsive and friendly! Overall the staff has always been welcoming. The cemetery next door isn't bad - its very quiet and QFC across the street always has a great floral bouquet and house plant selection as a result.

When it comes to choosing where to live, you not only take into consideration prices, the types of places that are close by, or the community itself, but you also want to look at the administration that's set in place. These have a GREAT deal of responsibility upon their shoulders, including, but not limited to, ensuring the safety of all their residents. In regards to this last point, I can tell you the Edgewood Park maintenance team has got. your. back.

Terribly overpriced property located near cemetery with many non-refundable fees and minimum maintenance. Rent went up every year, last month we paid $500 more in monthly payments. Management totally unresponsive, old buildings, poorly maintained with insulation problems and thin walls, cockroaches, spiders, stinky washers and dishwashers. Due to high level of noise, not recommended for students or working from home. If something is broken - good luck with getting it fixed, we gave up on our microwave after two months of multiple requests.

Worst apartment management!! Plus money stealing strategies they have.
First you reach on time for your apartment tour and find leasing office closed.
After rescheduling my appointment and taking a tour,I applied on apartment using their website. Before applying confirmed on apartment availability multiple times with leasing office.
after my application got approved I got to know the apartment has been given to someone else.
Now leasing office is saying they cannot refund my application money. What the hell !!!
How come they let multiple people apply on the same apartment and keep taking people’s

My questions and concerns are always addressed in a timely manner! The grounds are well kept and I like the security presence. The maintenance team, Stephan and Matt, are awesome! very friendly people who are knowledgeable and efficient and always get requests handled in a good amount of time.
