We've lived here almost a year. This place is great if you like being over charged to live in overflowing trash. Then being asked to take measures like composting to keep the trash down. Still waiting to hear where exactly they expect someone to do that here.
It's also great if you want the office to take 0 measures to make sure people can get off the property after heavy snow and ice, but hey it was the day after Christmas so I guess it was too much to ask to prep for any of that. Would've been nice to be able to go to work though. Not like the rent is jacked up so high that you'll need every

My family has lived at Highgrove for 3 years now. I’m very big on management when choosing a place to live and the girls (hallie, Mariah and Lauren) have been a great management team. They are very professional and nice. You don’t find many apartments that offer townhouses and these ones do. We love our townhouse and two car garage. Affordable and spacious place to call home.

The apartment itself is ok BUT To live here and deal with the office stuff and maintenance is horrible . I told you guys why .
1- Stuff are so rude except Hailee . ( You guys know better how rude are you)
2- Safety : over 20 cars has been jacked ( catalytic converter ) Stolen - We ask the office and even the manger to do something but nothing is done - Put some cameras to just let us feel safe .
3- Kids Playground : It's so dirty and mold all over it . Clean it please , kids who play on it .
4-cleaning : It use to be super clean but now the office stuff focus on how to get commission from rent

We have lived here around 3 years now and love it, the rents affordable given the global crisis with covid. They are pet friendly and have a dog park which we use all the time. Outdoor pool and hot tub also. I can honestly say the staff here is great. Mariah and hailey mostly have been a great help to use, anytime we needed something they were always thier to help and make sure our stay here was great. Thank you guys! **** I recommend highgrove to anyone in the market***

We lived here for 2 years. It was fine when we moved in but as the homeless population and gang activity grew in the area it became very unsafe. I’m also not sure what happened with the trash, but it absolutely overflowed out into the parking lot all of the time, it was disgusting. We had awful upstairs neighbors literally fist fighting in front of our building, and the fire alarm would get pulled all the time at like 2 in the morning. The list goes on and on. Honestly for the price of these apartments you’re better of going somewhere else. They keep raising the rent to ridiculous amounts,
