Don't rent from this complex. The manager Denise is the biggest Hypocrite She acts like she owns the complex industry she is very rude you asker for help she will reply I don't have the time or she will not Answer the phone calls or emails every. The window from this apartment are very old If it's windy or raining you can hear everything and sometimes are very hard to close and they know about it. She will be nice first time you move but when you asker to fix something on the unit very good luck. Those apartments were built 1970 the electric if you are drying your hair the Breaker turn off. The best place to live in Chula Vista, CA and they actually stand by their word of making sure you feel good about your new home. Amazing neighbors that are friendly and very helpful. Denise made the whole process a lot less stressful and she is very professional. All I can say is that their prices are very affordable, the apartment complex is very clean, easy access to a lot of businesses and the freeway. Most tenants have lived here for many years so the environment is like family.

I have lived here for 7 years and the only reason I am giving a 5 star rating is because of Peter the maintenance man. Peter is always nice and is always helpful. He will go above and beyond within the scope of his authority to get things done fast. There has never been anything he cannot fix. I see him do everything from the roof to even helping people out with parking. He is kind, he never looks upset and even when it’s after hours he has assisted me with an emergency. Peter is an invaluable asset to these apartments.
