I went in for an interview and was told I get a call before Friday or on Friday because I had the job but she had to interview a couple more people. I made appointments for my kids. But a couple days before the appointment y brother passes away. The day of the appointment I forgot about it because I was dealing with my brothers death. The woman called me and said I kissed the appointment and that she was ready to offer me the job. I told her my brother just passed away and all she said was in order to make appointments with them again I had to pay $25 for each kid. She didn't sorry for your lost

The reseptionists were very nice but the doctor was extremley rude. He didn't respond to several of my questions or when I said I wanted to look at the slides again. I got my glasses a few weeks later and they have almost 0 perscription in them. My insurance only covers one eye check a year so now I have to wait another year to get a proper perscription definently from a different doctor.

Receptionist is a little pushy with services. I went to adjust my expensive designer frame (that I had purchased from them)... she said it is not adjustable, and I need to replace the frame every 2 years...and the lenses every year....I don't have any major problems except a little help with reading, and long distance vision. The previous girl used to adjust and clean them for me whenever I walked in. I asked if they have any ophthalmologists they refer to (not for glasses, but for a general exam), she said yes, but I have to see the doctor first.

I was told the Dr. Gave me a progressive prescription but I said I didn't want that I wanted a bi-focal. Instead of me going back and speaking to the DR she went and filled the prescription on my lenses. 2 weeks later I get the glasses and upon trying them I said I can't read and I can't see you clearly, the women who refused to give me her name said, to take them and try any way. So I did and called her right away and said I cant see the PC or the telephone. Was told she will redo the lenses. Another 7 days later I get the new lenses, I said I can read but I will need to see about the PC at my

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an optometrist. I called to inform the receptionist that I would be about 5 minutes late to my appointment but never expected the receptionist to rush me through the paperwork. She literally said "please hurry, we need to get you back there". And trust me, I was hurrying because the waiting room chairs were NOT SOCIALLY DISTANCED and the woman sitting on my left was yelling and threatening her children sitting on my right. The store is very clean with a great selection of frames and sunglasses. The staff is very friendly and Krystal was extremely helpful. She took her time with me, making sure I had the perfect frames. Tasha took me through pre-testing, carefully explaining each step. Dr. Jellenek was nice. It was perhaps the quickest doctor's appointment I've ever had. Such a warm and welcoming staff, that was all smiles.
