Allied Home Inspections LLC can test your home for radon gas in NY or Connecticut (CT). We can normally schedule radon testing in your home within a day or two. Results are usually available in a few days, please call for pricing. All of our radon in air testing utilizes the EPA approved dual cannister method.
Connecticut and NY ground water tapped by private water wells is often of the highest quality. Well water should be tested regularly, however, to ensure that the well is maintained in good working order and the quality of the water being produced continues to meet health standards. Well water should be tested for contaminates before purchasing a home.

Tom inspected a home for us back in November. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and caring towards his clients. I did not end up going forward with the inspection because the deal fell through, but Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a first time home buyer, so it was so great to have someone with so much experience to explain the process in depth. He was very knowledgable and flexible and I will definitely use him when we go ahead with our next inspection!

Tom inspected two homes (one condo and one single family home) for me and was very professional and thorough. Each of my home inspection lasted at least 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me well. He was punctual and brought in other experts (termite & pest control and oil/HVAC experts to perform their own free inspections). I would highly recommend Tom.

Wow! That's how I sum up Tom and Allied Home Inspections. I just purchased a new home and had Tom provide the inspection. We had a quick close window and needed the inspection done with very short notice. Tom was very flexible and came out to the house the day after I requested the service! He was very thorough and explained everything in a simple manor. I appreciate his attention to detail. I rarely take the time to write a review for someone, but I absolutely felt I had to! Tom was exceptional. My fiancé and I highly recommend him. He is the best there is!! Being first time homebuyers, we did not initially know what to expect from a home inspection experience. The second Tom introduced himself we knew we were in good hands! He is so personable and put all our nerves to rest. He welcomed any and all of our questions & it was easy to see his experience and knowledge were next level. My wife and I used Tom for a home inspection recently in Milford. He inspected our new construction home (getting an inspection on new construction is good to do as well!) and we were very pleased with the analysis Tom provided. He met us at the house and walked me through every part of the house, pointing out anything he noticed as he went along. Tom is very friendly so walking and talking with him for a few hours is great. After the inspection, Tom actually had the report for me that night! That blew me away that he assembled a very detailed report complete with pictures and personal notes on

Definitely a 5-star review! I called Tom yesterday and explained we needed a fast-track inspection and he moved things around to accomplish this the following morning
Most important of all was his thoroughness and that he took the time to explain everything and answer the many questions I had
This is my 5th home purchase and was by far my best experience ever!
BTW, tonight I received his written report and as expected he dotted all the "i's" and crossed all of the "t's" yet at the same time was not picky.
