I 100% do not recommend these apartments. There's always alot of trash all over the place. The apartments are straight up infested with roaches. They have monthly bug spraying but it doesn't work. One time no one showed up and they were going to charge us anyways for the "service" we didn't get. They're scammers.

I have lived here at Golden Gardens for going on 3 years. Ms Tasha is the absolute best manager. She is always there to help in any way she can. I have had the best experience living here. There is also night security that comes every night, making the property feel secure. It's always kept up and tidy. Every time there is an issue it gets resolved in a timely matter. Thank you to all the staff at Golden Gardens.

Tasha the manager of the apartments is literally awesome. I’ve never really had a relationship with my apartment managers , but she’s just great . Always willing to help . Don’t trust everything in the reviews most of the apartments have been updated. I’ve never had a probably with any of my neighbors really, never had packages stolen either which is a plus lol. But yeah overall great apartments. I’m gonna miss them!!

I work for a contractor that performs work for Golden Gardens. I have been in and out of almost every unit on site, I have to say staff and Management have done a great job remodeling and maintaining there units. I can honestly say they truly care about there residents needs and comfort compared to a lot of other properties I have worked at. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Grounds are also well kept.

Lived at Golden Gardens for nearly a year. Latasha, the office staff, the maintenance and grounds keeping team do a phenomenal job of keeping on top of property issues. Latasha has been a phenomenal property manager from the first day we looked at an apartment all the way through to the time that we moved in, keeping us up to date on move in progress.

I am the golden gardens electrician. I get calls all the time from the pretty smiley office girl tasha all the time. She is always concerned about her tenants safety, if there is any problem she takes it as an emergency. It's a bit tough for me but I know the pride she takes in her area when she's on call. I can tell all of her tenants love her too as I have to wait sometimes 20 minutes to talk to her. Very safe place as long as she's on watch.

Golden Gardens is my first apartment and let me tell you, I couldn’t have chosen a better home! The manager Tasha has been so incredibly helpful, patient, and all around extremely kind during the whole process. The apartment itself is very nice. It’s a very quiet and well maintained apartment complex. I highly recommend!

I have lived here over 4 years! The whole complex was just remodeled and we have new management. The new manager Tosha is always very kind, respectful and will help you. The new maintenance Ryan is always kind, quick and does great work. The new unit that I moved into is very nice, clean and comfortable. I have not had any issues with roach infestation like some of the other reviews have stated. Just like any apartment complexes you have to make sure you take steps to make sure this does not happen.
