Ames Yoga Center specializes in individual therapies including Integrative Yoga Therapy, Restorative Energy Therapy, and Flower Essence Therapy. We offer group classes in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Mindful Meditation, and unique special events. We have provided wellness support to the Ames community for over 22 years.
