I have been here since 2003 and I have never seen the property this well kept. The hallways don't smell like urine anymore and the parking situation is way better. I really loved the pictures with Santa they did for us last month it was so nice to see the whole lobby decorated so pretty.

Great and affordable place to live in. Ten minutes from downtown Louisville, five minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes away from popular restaurants and grocery stores. Swimming pool, gym, private gated parking, keyless entry, and friendly staff. Highly recommeneded. Good price for the value.

From my first apartment tour till now, Chabeli has helped me with any questions, concerns, and accommodations I needed. They are always doing things to make the building better than it already is. The maintenance and cleaning staff is always around and working. Just all around good environment.

Moved in September and have been very pleased! The view is fantastic, I can see what traffic is like on the interstate anytime I need to go anywhere. Leasing office is very friendly and helpful, I had some maintainence issues and they were great. Fantastic place to live

I’m giving this a 1star because when I went to go ahead and submit an application to apply for these apartments the staff was extremely rude and they weren’t helpful at all. For example they called my employers to verify if I worked for the company but when they contacted my employers they was rude to my managers even though all of my managers gave them the answers that they needed. Also my income is 6 times the rent and when they saw that they still went ahead and denied my application. I have great credit and nothing on my credit report so this surprised me as to why I was denied. And when

I absolutely love this apartment. The maintenance team is highly responsive cause on my first day here when we moved in they took care of majority of little touch ups and fixed our locks on the door. I have never found an awesome maintenance team yet till now. And I love how friendly the staff are here.

I love living here. I've never had a problem with management, the apartments are soundproof (BIG PLUS), the pool is wonderful in the summertime, and management staff puts together several events each year for the entire community such as Halloween and Christmas parties, Thanksgiving dinner, bingo nights, ice cream socials, and more! It's a very… diverse community but everyone seems to get along.
It's not in the best neighborhood, but I've never felt unsafe thanks to the secure building and gated parking. The only issue that I find truly bothersome is the fact that the smaller elevator gets

This place pitches a good deal but I've been here for 7 months and hate it. They are hypocritical, judgememntal, outdated unless you get a rennoated unit, bugs through out the hallway that sometimes sneak into your apartment, maitnence is a joke, as well as privacy that they don't give you (very nosey staff), and rude once you are here for a while… I wish you better luck than me but in advance BEWARE! Looks good when you tour it but once they lock you in after they nickel and dime you for everything they could care less about you as a tenant . Good luck again, I hope your stay here is better
