Beware of this company.
We made a reservation the day before we needed a cab, and they said they'd arrive at the designated time. I had the same problem as Alyse, except the dispatcher kept saying the driver would arrive in 10 minutes. Finally we called another cab company. Both cabs arrived at the same time. The driver from Yellow Cab 4 U would not accept that we wanted to go with the second cab company and without explanation, he threw our suitcases into his vehicle and locked it! Then he demanded a $40 surcharge! We didn't even know there was a surcharge. Instead of explaining why

Absolutely awful!!!
We called 10 minutes ahead of time for a cab and we were told a cab was only 10 minutes away. Well 30 minutes later... No show!! Called back and they said the arrival time showed as 2 minutes. So we waited... 20 minutes later and still nothing. Called back multiple times and they forwarded my call to voicemail every single time. So we had to call from a different number to get them to answer and they said our cab was "on its way". Unfortunately at that point we had no other option but to wait for yet another 20 minutes because it was now rush hour and every other
