My experience with santa clara cabs was very good and 5 star for that. I took their cab on 7/18 at 6:30 AM from my home and on 7/25 at 10:35 PM from SJC. Both time driver show up on time and very friendly. He took shortest route from home to airport and other way around, as a result I got least possible taxi bill. Secondly, his taxi was spacious to easily fit my family of 4 carry on bags. I book the taxi online and yes reservation confirmation should be automatic, but it is not. I call their number and Mr Yoga promptly pick up the phone and confirm it, I also asked him to email copy of reservation

Worst! "Yoga" said he'd pick me up at 6:00 and confirmed reservation 6:15 rolls around and NO Yoga. Won't pick up the phone after 10 calls and sends me straight to voicemail. Garbage service, Discourage anyone that even thinks of using this service.

Online reservation form goes nowhere; it says you have made a reservation, thank you, etc., but does nothing. Calling them on the phone is tough; they ignore their phone. They said the driver would come in a few minutes; 30 minutes later and nothing and the dispatcher ignores my calls.

I strongly suggest you pick a different service because this one is no service at all.

I think that regardless of the circumstances the employees should be professional. Who tells their customer to f*uck off? A simple confusion, and this guy racks up the miles to the train station. Topping it off with the phrase mentioned above. I payed for my trip, and the guy tells me not to call a cab ever again. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe that's how he is. Regardless, NEVER using them again. I'd rather walk and save my money then give it too these guys.

Absolute garbage. Told me 15 to 20 min. After 40 they said almost there. 10 minutes later a cab driver calls and says 10 min. No show and they hang up when I call mad. 2 cab drivers call 30 min after I drove myself. Uber is the only way. 1 star because I can't leave 0

Santa Clara cabs made our vacation to Maui a joy! Not only did they pick us up on time at 6AM the morning of our flight but they assured us via email and made sure we had a ride home during a strike the day we returned. We will use them on our next trip ! Highly recommend.

I called for a taxi. The man on the phone said the car would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I waited outside on the curb for 25 minutes and nobody came. After 25 min I started calling the dispatch number and nobody answered. The line kept transferring over to a completely different Verizon cell phone number. A complete waste of time!

Called these guys when our car broke down on the HIGHWAY.
Could not seem to get anyone to pick us up middle of the day busy time i guess
Found these guys on a WAZE search, called, when they said they could come to get us saved their number to my phone.

Get this- the heat was high 80's no AC, 5 kids and a dog, waiting for 20 minutes no cab.
Called again they said- "oh you must have gotten cut off, .....no one took your call...ah it wasn't anyone here."
I have one word for these folks and i can't use it on YELP.
