My wife and I are searching for an apartment for our son. We were a little apprehensive about checking out PV. But after viewing the well maintained property and comfy apartments our preconceptions quickly disappeared. And the Manager, TM answered all of our questions, demonstrated a sincere care for residents and a pride in the property that made us push PV to the top of our recommended apartments for our son.

The ease of the application process and professionalism of their consults is worth 5 stars alone. While I did not sign a lease this winter because of timing issues on my front I will definitely return in the spring and apply again! The area is nice enough and the property itself is well kept and welcoming with the basic amenities (gym, laundry center etc) all within a comfortable range. Looking forward to potentially living here soon!

I am finally leaving Park Village apartments after 27 years. I can honestly say that I never had a bad experience with any of the Park Village staff that had come and gone over the years. The Park Village staff have always been friendly and helpful during my stay by responding quickly and efficiently to any matters I may have had in the apartment or the property. I would not have left Park Village apartments if not for changes that have occurred in my life. I would like to say Thank You to Park Village for making my long stay very gratifying.

An improvement in my assessment of this appalingly mismanaged operation and it's Illinois-based parent company is contingent on refunding me the financial and temporal expenses related to a borderline illegal tow off of their property. $500 should do it. I'm still waiting. Will never rent from them, and will dissuade colleagues and friends in the strongest possible terms from doing the same, not only because of my individual experience but, as you can see... [gestures broadly to the tenor of these reviews].

Don't rent here. I would say you get what you pay for, but in my experience Axiom is a terrible management company that ties the hands of their lower-level management. An example of this is, I have had the same issue needing to be addressed to fixed a leaking window to several months now and the best that has been allowed is not enough. Overall a bad experience and would not rent here again. I will say the individuals who run the apartment complex itself are friendly and cordial, but upper-level management has ruined my stay for me. I hope this is changed in the future.
