Their customer service skills are terrible, they literally hung up the phone on me and my dad when they realized they couldn’t scam me. i came in having issues with my drivers side window. i did not have them fix it because they tried to scam me. the glass had simply fallen out of the tracks, and the door panel was a little loose so the button wasn’t making a connection anymore. they told me i needed an entire new window and tried to charge me $400. i brought it somewhere else and they fixed it within a day- no new window required… east vancouver automotive also did not put my door back together

Honest and have never bullied me into getting extra stuff done that didn’t pertain to the issue. They also ask all the right questions and have even saved me from a simple inspection cost because they double checked certain information. Love these guys.

Had been awhile since I had a car worked on by them. They exceeded expectations. I worked with Luke a lot and he was very nice and had no problem explaining things. I had my steering column replaced and also my serpentine belt and a wheel bearing. Will be doing further work with them.

Highly recommend this place! If you want honest car information, without someone trying to squeeze the most money out of you head here. They are honest, fast and friendly. Whole family gets cars serviced here. This is how OTHER automotive shops should model themselves after.

My husband called to ask how much to re-glue the tire to the rim because the sidewall was leaking - he was told $10. 5 minutes later he went there and they said it would be $50, they are very shady people. There was a woman in front of him, which they were trying to charge $35 to do a taillight bulb change, when she heard the price she said she would rather do it herself and the guy gave her the bulb back - holding it with his BARE GREASY HANDS- and told her it would be pretty easy to unplug and plug in the new one and be sure to wipe the bulb so it’s not greasy... if it’s so easy why couldn’t

I've been too many local mechanics including mechanics in Portland. once I found East Vancouver I don't go anywhere else anymore!! I'm treated respectfully, honestly, and I don't get a hard time if I don't want to fix something.
Soon I'll be dropping off my 1969 VW bug!! Can't wait to get it running again!!

The only shop of mechanics in town I trust. Their prices are reasonable, service is outstanding & they are up front with vehicle repair costs. They won't tell you that you need service that you don't. Efficient, fast & deliver on their completion time-frame promises & at times sooner. I highly recommend for oil change, minor & major repairs! Thanks again, I will be a forever customer!

Great mechanics, honest business. We originally took our car here because we had a car failure and it was nearby, but since then we’ve gone back again and again for things from oil changes to a new catalytic converter after it was stolen. We even moved about an hour further away and still stick with them. Wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do the post-purchase inspection on our new (used) car 👍

I just got a alightment done here and it was the first time I visited this shop. Price was very reasonable. Ray at the front desk as really kind, passionate, and knowledgable. I will definitely be coming back here for anything I can't tackle myself. Thanks guys!
