It would be nice if this firm applied all of what's written on their website. My Hurricane Harvey claim has still not been settled as of today 10/20. To date, I have received $2700 on my claim and I am being told my case is still in negotiating stages (mind you this firm was hired in 10/2018). I am basically having to tell the Paralegal what to tell the attorney on how to fight my case, using Texas State Laws section codes. This has been an ongoing nightmare and I would advise anyone utilizing this company's service to first find out WHO at that law firm will represent your case, and

They pretty much wasted 8 years of my husband's life. They kept telling him he could win low 6 figures and we recently got a letter stating that he was on his own because he was not underage when he took the medication they were suing. Wouldn't that have been something they should have said from the beginning, not 8 years later? So much time and effort to put into something that ultimately ended with them telling him he was on his own. They kept saying they were going to move forward with the case and kept asking him for additional paperwork and pictures, which took up a lot of time and

This company is truly unprofessional. I submitted my contacted information and explained that I need to speak with an attorney to discuss possible options. I had a legal assistant reach out to me and requested to see the information so the attorney can advice me possible solutions.
She contacts me after two days and informs me on my VM that the attorney will not represent me and did not provide a reason. I reached out to her time and again.
